The best experience and service ever... I was super nervous cause of dentist fear but he and his staff were amazing

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to share my positive experience with this dentist, because I know how challenging it can be to find a great dentist whose kind bedside manner really helps to put you at ease, especially if you're generally anxious about visiting the dentist like I am. I recently had a major dental procedure done by Dr. Tolmie, and he and his entire team -- the front desk staff, the dental assistants, everyone -- did an amazing job and provided me with kind, compassionate and overall excellent service. I'm so grateful to them for the quality of care they provided. If you are looking for a great dentist in the area, I would highly recommend checking out Dr. Tolmie!

Dr. Chris and his team were amazing. They were very thorough throughout the whole process and explained the procedures and costs for my dental work. I had to get two crowns on my two front teeth and they look amazing. They look like real teeth and I have gotten many compliments on the way they look. Chris’ team was very welcoming and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Chris and his team!

This dental office is not transparent and has weird business practices. The 1st thing that throw me off was that they make you sign on their signing pad (you see no sceen to read anything), and you have no idea what you are signing for. When you ask they say something like: now you are signing for today's visit, now you are signing for anesthesia, etc. Still, it is unprofessional.

Dr. Tolmie might know what he is doing, but I wish he would explain the steps he will be taken ahead. After he extracted my tooth and totaly graded the two next to it, I had to sit in the chair for two more hours while the assistant was not really successfully trying to fit the temporary crowns. It was painful, mentally and physically. Also, some written instructions after a procedure like tooth extraction would be nice. No info given on how to take the prescription and noone mentioned I have 2 stitches in my mouth that may cut loose in the next couple of days. After a painful week of pain meds. and antibiotics I received the permanent bridge that feels weird (one tooth is nuch bigger than the originalone before), but at least it looks ok ($2200 copay). I had to go back because I had cement left on my gums and teeth...9 days later it still feels very sensitive when any liquid hits the right side of my mouth....

It is 4 weeks past the procedure. I can't eat on the affected side, nor have drinks flowing there. i am unable to chew pizza or anything that requires extensive chewing as when my top and bottom teeth touch I see stars.. I emphasize I had no issues before, no pain at all. I regret believing Dr.Tolmey that the tooth has to be extracted because of a gum inflammation. What he did triggered that now two other teeth hurt. He claims I need a rooth canal but I am just having a hard time trusting him with further procedures.

It's hard to build trust where there is no proper communication so I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my family and friends.

Btw, if you get a deep cleaning done, they only do the right side during one visit and the left side at the next visit. I have a dental insurance (HMO plan) but I still paid $60 at each visit plus $25 for fluoride. They claim the two separate visits are needed because of the insurance, but none of my coworkers with the same insurance plan experienced that at another dentists. The cleaning was done properly, so that's the only positive on my whole visit at this dental office.

Dr. Garcia has changed my fear of dentist. Was extremely professional, kind and caring. Gave me excellent service and really has a passion for his work. The staff was also incredibly comforting, caring and efficient. No, wait time. Overall Dr. Garcia Is amazing!!!

I went for my annual check up, the person at the front desk told me I had to get a link on my phone to check in, the app was not working properly and I asked them to just check me in on their end. After several minutes of frustration with the app, they told me they were unable to check me in that I have to work with their app. I left and found another great dental office a block away that respects my time and appreciates my business. I do not recommend this place, total lack of customer service.

Great dental office! Very clean and latest technology for equipment. Dr Sweeney was personable and very good- my sister was a dentist so I know good care when I see it. The dental assistant and hygienist were Excell to. Highly recommend this place.

I am very happy with the treatment I've received from this provider, the first day the wait was a bit exaggerated, but from the front desk staff, to my dentist Tolmie and my endodorcist Jeffer (also the assistants and hygienis) were incredible, they made sure I was doing well throughout the process, a service so well done that I did not have to take pain killers ever after my root canal. This comes from a person who is terrified of going to the dentist so don't hesitate to make your appointment with them! THE BEST, THANK YOU ALL!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time, so I was a little bit nervous going in. I give them called on Monday and was able to get appointment literally the next day. There staff was so kind and friendly, which actually made me feel a little bit more comfortable being there. I really liked that they had someone come in and talk to me about my options. Breaking things down to me to where I was able to understand. There very affordable and is willing to work with you!! I also really liked the fact that your able to get same day treatment. Now, that SOLD ME!! Most dental places have you make multiple appointments just to get your teeth fix. I definitely recommend you guys to come here.
