Excellent and pleasant dental experience from everyone at the dental office. All concerns and procedures were explained in detail by every staff member(just to mention a few Johnny, Cley and Anita). Highly recommend Dr.Vergara and Dental Hygienist Rita who were kind, professional and knowledgeable. As I mention before everyone was friendly and amazing.

Don't trust these people. This was my third visit to this office and it's gotten worse each time. First, each time I've been there, the staff has completely turned over. Each time they have pushed unnecessary services on me. Today they had me waiting for 45 minutes after xrays for a price for my cleaning which was supposed to be covered by my insurance. In addition, they wasted 15 minutes trying to get an Xray machine working before moving me to another room. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and did nothing to alleviate the problem.

The staff are wonderful and great with their patients. Being someone that never be to a dentist, they know exactly how to put their patients to ease. I felt like I was visiting a friend and kicking back with a great conversation with Jessica and Dr. Alvarez. My forever dentist.

What a wonderful experience. It's so welcoming to come into a clean office and be greeted by such friendly staff. The assistants are so kind. Cleidys was so gentle and kind with my xrays and scans. Dr. Alvarez is very sweet and informative. She has bedside manners which is very important for me. I feel safe and in great hands here especially with my fear of dentist after some horrible experiences in provious dental work. Treatment plan was explained well and all my questions were answered without me feeling pressured. I now have a beautiful healthy smile and it's all thanks to this wonderful office.

I wanted to share my experience with you. It started with a cap coming off my tooth at lunch. I called Dr. Sanchez’s office. The receptionist was so helpful with different options and said to come right a way and they would work me in. I arrived filled out paperwork. In just a few minutes the Doctors assistant xrayed my teeth and the doctor advise me of the problem. Dr. Sanchez replaced my cap. What a wonderful experience and I usually fear Dentist. Just a total sell job. Went in for a cleaning and they took x-rays that were not necessary and not covered by insurance and then "recommended" a deep cleaning at $800 a pop for two sessions! Never had an issue in 20 years with my old dentist in MN - these folks just want your money. Beware!
