The Dentists Of South Naples was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Laura Campero, and Sebastian Serna were both very knowledgeable and accommodating I look forward to my next visit to see them. Overall they were both amazing people as well as the rest of the staff it’s obvious they love what they do and want to please their customers.

Cleidys and Dr. Sanchez were great! However.....I would not recommend going here. I had questions about my $1,800 bill a few days after I left their office after having two crowns put in. Over a period of 8 months, 15 non-returned phone calls, put on hold no less than 11 minutes and up to 22 minutes, letters by myself and my insurance company, and personal visits (where I was ignored) to this office, I finally received a check for an insurance claim that I had to file myself. I was awarded another $1,000, which unfortunately was deposited to the bank account of The Dentists of South Naples. Specifically, I dealt with Alex Arauz, the office manager who took credit for filing that claim (which he did not) and then he magically reduced the $1,000 credit on my account by $200 which he said I owed. I was told my account was paid in full 8 months ago. If I owed anything, I should have been billed for the $200 long before this. Calls and letters personally dropped off to the dentist, Yulissa Alverez Sanchez were also not returned. Worst customer service experience ever!

I had an awesome experience here! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for my anxiety. I got two fillings and a cleaning done in less than an hour. Thank you so much to Bailey, Stenley, Sebastian, Rita, Dr. Alvarez, Sierra, Alex, Daph, Cley and Dr. Vergara :) Would definitely recommend to everyone!! ⭐️

I would NOT recommend this location. I have now been waiting almost a month for an estimate of work. they were supposed to call me, and never did. when i called them they left me on hold, again never called back. When i called again asking for office manager "Alex", had to leave message to call me back and never did. A customer shouldnt have to work this hard to do business with them.

Was the patient for couple of the years now but i am not sure what's going on with this place.I had the appointment for my cleaning on12/26th that they rescheduled for 01/30 that was again rescheduled for middle of February.All that would be fine unless they moved it again for March 21st.Yesterday on my surprise or actually maybe not i got the call from the office saying that they have to reschedule it again....

I have been to a few different dentist in Naples and by far this is the best. I needed 2 broken teeth pulled it was not the easiest extractions but it was pain free and easy going. The staff is top notch super friendly and helpful staff. They made my visit as calming and relaxing as possible. Also no elevator music in the office it's amazing how welcoming and enjoyable good musicake a dentist visit.

Sierra was awesome in welcoming me into my appointment got some scans done and a temporary crown. No pain and all smiles! Rita was super nice when we did the cleaning and Dr. Sanchez is expert in what she does in every way! Can’t wait for my next visit!
