Very pleased with the service we received. The doctor and staff are professional, kind and patient. They made recommendations on what we needed, but weren't pushy about it. The rates are reasonable and the equipment and techniques they use are the best we've experienced at a dental office.

When Doctor Terrero was the main dentist in this office it was immaculately clean and the crew was so professional and intelligent on insurance. They had and used the latest technology. I was soooo impressed. I was just there last week and walked out. The office was a virtual pig sty. They personnel were slovenly and unprofessional. I have signed up with another dental group entirely and will never go back. Sadly because Doctor Terrero was the TOP!

Who likes going to the dentist? I usually stall until it’s too late… It started when I woke up with the left side of my jaw swollen aching with pain.. at 1PM that day I made the call. Stenley answered and could not have been any more professional as he stated they had an opening that day and can see me at 3PM. Signed a few e-sign docs with Ramona and she assured I would be seen right away. By FAR the best experience I’ve had at a dental office! Spotless office. Their endo Dentist is fast and efficient. Not sure of titles but Daphne and Cley were simply THE BEST with helping out Dr. Alvarez. Experienced staff. The deep cleaning with Lia could not have gone any smoother. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, pain free. I was dreading making the call because of the cost but they are reasonable and accept different payment plans, thanks Daris. You the man. Dr. Alvarez, you have a very special gift and a remarkable team. Thank you for getting me to show my smile off again!

Traveling on vacation and cracked a molar/ filling. They got me in same day and put in a crown in one visit. No pain and they made adjustments until it was perfect. Highly recommended. Dr Alvarez and Cley were terrific!

I’ve been seeing Yulissa Alvararez Sanchez, DMD, for well over a year. She is an amazing dentist who does wonderful work. I used to dread going to the dentist until I found her. Her and her staff are nothing but kind and caring. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

First order I am not Melanie. I am Rick her husband. She goes to these guys for treatment and never had a problem. Dr. Alvarez is great! I mean that. She cares and does a great job! Quick, polite professional. I had to have a root canal in molar 31. Last tooth. bottom right side of jaw. Never felt a thing. She did her job and WAS GREAT!!!! She prepped my molar and drilled and prepared for 4 day later ROOT CANAL with Dr. Gad. I would like to say they put a temp cap on my bad tooth and 4 days later I was on to next stage of saving my molar. I have everything GREAT to say about Dr. Alvarez and her Tech Cley. Cley was very supportive and knew what to do when draining and evaporating water that pools in your throat while under procedure. Easy procedure but for someone like me I was very anxious. Root canal with Dr, Gad was as smooth as it could be and he is and AWESOME team member to the office. He actually gave a countdown and talk me through the whole root canal i,e, telling me what he was doing and why and time left.... Hey a root canal is a root canal. He made it easy and smooth. His assistant tech Brian "knew what time it was" and was great responding to the Dr Gad request while under the root canal procedure. Dr Alvarez put my new crown on and it fit PERFECT! Can you imagine that they have the technology to do all that in one office. Well they can. Its one stop shopping. Only reason I had to go back and get a temp cap on my molar is because Dr Gad is not there everyday. Dr GAD IS AWESOME!!!!!! In the end you get to meet Romana!!!! She makes you pay!!!! She is pleasant and wraps up a wonderful dental experience. I would like to say again that for RICK it was a successful ROOT CANAL and CROWN emplacement. I am a USMC 23 year retired Marine. These people know what time it is and know what to do. Trust them . Plus I HATE GOING TO DENTIST. They know what they are doing I am returning in 6 months for a check up and cleaning!!!! Thanks Dr. Alvarez, Cley, Ramona, Brian Dr. Gad's tech and my main man..... Dr. Gad!!! and Ramona for saving my #31 Molar!!!!!!!
