Dentists of South Naples

A very, very positive experience. Here in Naples for the month & had a tooth problem. Always have apprehension about a new unknown doctor in an out of town location.
Called & received an immediate appointment. All staff were friendly, personable & professional. State of the art equipment.
Upon arrival was taken for X-rays immediately. Johnny Hernandez the technician was knowledgeable, attentive & explained the process.
Then saw the dentist (Dr. Laura Vergara Campero) who immediately diagnosed the problem, explained the issues & available treatment options. Very competent & felt confident in her analysis. Would recommend the office & this dentist without hesitation.
Prescribed an antibiotic to take until I am home to get the necessary treatment.
Experience could not of been better.

Dentist Of South Naples literally put a smile on my face! I can’t thank you all enough for helping me through this process! Knocking out my three front teeth was a traumatic experience! you all were there to hold my hand through it all telling me that it will be beautiful in the end. And it was! God bless you all! ❤️

Dr. Alvarez and Cleidys were incredibly friendly and patient, and took care to explain and show me everything that they were doing to replace my broken crown. I felt very much in capable hands. Nancy, who took my call for an appointment, got me in the office quickly. We are snowbirds, but Dentists of South Naples is definitely our go-to place for dental work while we are here in Naples. I could not be more pleased with my treatment by these folks.

The above comments were the result of my first visit which was an issue that needed quick attention. I couldn't ask for better treatment. A return visit a week later was to discuss the need for implants to replace a deteriorated forty year old bridge. This visit brought me to Dr. Fernandez who was very patient evaluating my need for service, the options available, and the processes involved. As with Dr. Alvarez, I could not be more pleased with the treatment from Dr. Fernandez. The friendly attitude and attention makes it impossible to not like everyone in the office. Combined with the extra care taken to help understand the work to be done, I came away completely confident in my decision to make Dentists of South Naples my choice for Florida dental care.

Dr. Yulissa Alvarez is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. Not only does she do quality work, but she also genuinely cares for patients and delivers top notch treatment gently and painlessly.
After multiple bad experiences with other dentists, I was anxious to try a new office, but I am so glad that I did! Dr. Alvarez and her office staff made me feel like I was in a dental spa and made the experience more positive and comfortable than I would ever have imagined. I know that I have found my permanent dental office with her. 11/10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never had such an uncomfortable experience in dental office. I scheduled appointment there because it’s very close to house. Went for my usual 6month check up. Cleaning, X-ray and exam. First did not want panoramic I explained I was declining it not necessary. Dentist came to me scolded me because it’s my initial visit I must have it. After about about 12 X-rays ,and panoramic. I was taken to room. Dentist comes in tells me about gums and a must have deep cleaning; she did not even tell me if I had cavities. My husband had gone first and he had already told me they declined to clean his teeth since he must have a deep cleaning every 3 months with cost of $900 to $1000. We have always had cleaning and I never had cavities on my check ups. The only reason I was trying to find new dentist was because mine moved to Bonita springs. I got out if that office without my reg cleaning, X-rays and exam charged to insurance. I wasn’t even told if I had cavities. Never again!!! The thought I cannot have a cleaning or X-rays until 6 months more it’s extremely frustrating.

Simply amazing! The customer service from start to finish was beyond my expectations. I assumed going into Dentist of South Naples would be like any other but I was completely wrong. Nancy, Cleidys and Dr. Alvarez were phenomenal! I’ve never laughed so much when going for a check up, nor have I ever had such great conversations through the entire experience. They educated me on what I didn’t know and genuinely cared for my well being. I highly recommend Dentist of South Naples to anyone interested. You won’t be disappointed! I was referred to a endodontist in Fort Myers by my dentist in Estero. The endodontist I was referred to did not take my insiurance, FEP Blue Dental. I ran a search and locatred the Dentists of South Naples. I worked with Ms. Bailey Rump. She was wonderful in every way. She gathered the information and she arranged for an appointment with Dr. Schiller so that once the Dr. reviewed the dental issue, he could complete the root canal procedure on the same day. The endodontist, along with all the staff, were wonderful. Dr. Schiller was attentive. He listened. He had a good "bedside manner," and he explained every detail of the procedure. I felt well taken care of in every respect. This dental office cares about their patients. There is no "run around" and no superficial interaction. I've lived overseas for 41 years, lived on four continents and three islands. I have never had better care anywhere. Dr. Richard Alix, Ph.D.

I came here with an emergency on a Friday and they took GREAT care of me! Dr. Alvarez is amazing ! I did not feel a thing, she is super gentle, great hands! Jessica her assistant is a sweetheart and on point, they work together great. Nancy in the front desk is also so nice and welcoming. I loved this place and recommended 110%! Will become a forever patient here. Thank y’all again!!

PROS:
Phenomenal, knowledgeable female dentists. It was great to be able to both determine the presence of cavities and have them filled all in one visit with up front pricing based on communication with my insurance company.

CONS:
There's a lot of sitting around and wasted time throughout the visit. My visit could easily have been 1 hour and instead took almost 3 hours. The other negative is that this office tends to push for costly treatments that I hadn't had recommended by previous dentists instead of coding the exam a a prophylaxis cleaning.
