this office is a combo. they have everything in the house. Dr. Alvarez, Assistant Cleidys and all the staff are what I was looking for a long time ago. I recommend this clinic 100%. they made me smile again

Tried calling to make an appointment. My insurance is a no network dental plan that I even called to confirm with my insurance that this was true. The woman who answered the phone, Nancy, was incredibly ignorant and rude. Cut me off several times and refused to listen to me explain how my insurance works. She just kept insisting my insurance isn’t accepted but if she had listened she would have known that I don’t have a dental network and my insurance pays for me to go anywhere. Had a terrible attitude and honestly I’m glad “They didn’t accept my insurance” because if this is how the woman at the front always acts, I wouldn’t have liked this dental office anyway. There’s 4 dental offices within a 5 minute drive. Go somewhere else and avoid this place.

Life in Florida should be easy, but during the weekend it became bad: toothache day and night. As travelers from Europe, we had no address for help. But Google gave us one and so I ended at Dr. Terrero’s office. I was pretty much scared when he explained the necessity of extraction of one tooth in order to give me relief. He and his wonderful team convinced me not to suffer. And so it worked ! The bad tooth went off with a minimum stress on my side. Thanks to Dr. Terrero and his team! His advertiser is now in our condo for other guests....just in case.
