Dr T runs a great ship...from the front desk Nancy to the hygienist Cleidys...all know what it takes to be professional, supportive, friendly and compassionate. Customer service and great outcomes is the goal....I had multiple procedures on same day with Dr T and all got accomplished with no short cuts.
I'm happy and isn't that the goal???
Dr T is engaging and spends the time to explain and checks in with your during your chair time.
Oh. Did I say this was my new dentist since I moved from NY....he's a Bronx boy too!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went for my cleaning appointment was there 5 minutes before my appointment time. Was told to sit down. 15 minutes past my time and went back to the desk asked when I would be seen. He asked if o was checked in. 30 minutes later I left. This is what happens when you go to a corporate owned practice. They don t seem to care. Also as a patient I purchased their discount plan. Guess paying up front was a bad idea

Dentists of South Naples is truly the best practice I have been to. Dr. Alvarez is caring and professional. The dental hygienist is amazing. The front desk staff, Kristen and the gentlemen (I can’t remember his name) with her are very kind and organized. The office is extremely clean, which is so important during these difficult COVID times. I can’t say enough good things about them.

This review is so long overdue it should’ve been done the minute I walked out of my first appointment and definitely out of my second appointment because they gave me a smile that will last a lifetime. Dr. Alvarez and Jessica are fantastic!!!!! Talk about going to a dentist for the first time and meeting two lovely individuals that connect with your spirit and keep you uplifted while drilling in your mouth lol 😂. As I am writing this review, I’m thinking about how they kept me entertained the entire time I was there. Dr. Alvarez is super lovely, genuine, and knows how to connect with her patient, gentle with her dentist tools. Jessica, her DA, is very caring as well and shows me a lot of comforts. Dr.Alvarez and Jessica is the dream team that anyone could ever want. I’m over the moon 🌚 excited to say that I found this location and these beautiful people. 200% plus infinite will be my doctor and DA 👩⚕️ for life when it comes to taking care of my pearly whites 🦷🦷🦷🦷!!!!!!!!
