New patient at VIP Dental. Everyone in the facility are very nice and welcoming. My Dentist is Dr. Au. He is very friendly and I immediately felt at ease and confident in him. His assistant Adriana is also very nice. I actually like going to this Dentist. My wife will be moving to VIP Dental next insurance season in 2021.

Going to VIP was a pleasant experience from the reception to the exam room. My dental assistant, Kristen, was very professional and friendly. Dr Dan is one of the calmest men I’ve ever met.
The dental plan was not exaggerated and fit my budget.

Receptionist Tiffany made me feel so welcomed upon entry!! Taneisha was my dental assistant with Dr. Greenstein and she and Dr. Greenstein both were Amazing and handled my situation with care and concern!! They promised to take good care of me in the process and that, they certainly did!! I would reccomend this dentist and practice to anyone expecting excellent care and gentle services!!

When my dental office was closed and merged with this one, I was a bit apprehensive, but kept an open mind going into my first visit. I arrived at the time I was advised to, checked in, and completed and turned in the necessary paperwork. I then had a seat in the waiting area. I waited and waited until my phone rang. It was VIPcare Dental calling to see if I was coming in. Seriously?
The one saving grace was that my dental hygienist, Faith, was there. There is no one better at what she does. Had it not been for her, I would not have come back. After my next visit I told a good friend about her and he called to make an appointment...twice. To this day, he has never been called back.
On this second visit, I shared with the hygienist about all of these negative experiences. She was nice enough to give me the office manager's contact information. I followed up with her later than day. Yes, there were all the typical apologies and excuses, included problems with the phone system. Did anyone call my friend after that? No!
Last week, months since that call, my friend attempted to call again. Left a voicemail message then, and again this week. Did he receive a call back? Nope! Again I called the office manager. Again, more excuses. So now instead of losing 2 new patients, they've lost 3. I cannot support an office so poorly run. I'm not going to pay anyone for bad service.
Never in my life have I seen any medical or dental office so poorly run. There are others out there who I'm sure would welcome my business, and that from others. I refuse to tolerate bad customer service, and that is exactly what you get at this location.

In 89 years I have not experienced as wonderful service in a dentist office. Not only the efficient technical work but the soothing surrounding such as a nature vidio continually comfortably running. Dr.geenstein and his staff were exceptional in explaining all aspects of action needed and the cost. Congratulations. Harold (monte) Snyder.

I just want to say, these people were so kind to me. I had an abscess from a broken tooth, i called figured id get appt they told me to come right away. I am a person that didnot see the dentist very much in my life i tried to take care of them the best i could on my own, well we know that doesnt work out. Before i bore you to tears, my point is.. my teeth are in bad shape i never felt judged not for a min. Dr. Greenstein treated me with respect. Im going back on thurs. So he can pull my tooth and im blessed to have someone to trust.
