Great experience! Answered my questions and offered solutions in a caring and considerate manner. Staff worked with my insurance too so my smile will be improved in a few weeks for less than expected! Very pleased.

Typically I hate going to the dentist. Am 71 years old and have had several bad experiences throughout the years.
Today changed my mind. Everyone there was cheerful, attentive and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and very professional. I didn’t feel a thing.

Nice staff in a clean, professional office. Dr. Dan was also very nice, professional but friendly and relaxing. Like most, I get apprehensive going to the dentist, but I felt comfortable with them the whole time.

My experience with Dr Greenstein was exceptional! His technique was painless when administering the novocaine. His assistant, Alyssa, was very professional as was the rest of the staff. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

My temporary crown fell off a week before I was scheduled for the permanent one. I showed up at the office without an appointment hoping to just have the temporary put on again and then wait for my permanent crown. Not only did Dr. Greenstein see me without an appointment, but the permanent crown had arrived early, and he fit me in right then and there and put on. I can't thank him and his thoughtful staff enough. Everyone there is kind, cheerful and professional. Dr. Greenstein is the best. I am a very happy patient and would recommend him to anyone.

Jackie was wonderful. She is very gentle and efficient. Dr. Greenstein was very thorough and encouraging. Highly recommend this place.

......KUDOS to this caring dentist, Dr. Dan and his great team ... especially Faith! They make you feel completely at ease with a feeling of trust I have never felt at ANY dentist! I can’t say enough about the trust I felt going to this office... and I’m one who gets PETRIFIED at the mere mention of a trip to the dentist. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has a problem with going for a filling , deep cleaning, etc. Everything they do is explained in detail and they do their best to make you feel at ease.

I have been to this dental office three times in the past months. The office personnel and dental are absolutely wonderful. The work area very neat ,clean and organized. I live in OTOW and it is a great location for me. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! I called to get an appointment and they got me in as a new patient very fast. They were open and honest about the cost and helped me pick the right option for myself with no pressure, they went over my options and let me decide. They made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on the entire time of the procedure. I was feeling a little pain when Dr. G began and he seen it on my face so he stopped what he was doing and numbed me some more without me even having to ask for it. He even called personally to check on me later that afternoon which I have never experienced but it was greatly appreciated! Any questions I asked were answered and explained fully. The made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire visit. The office was extremely clean as well but their bedside manner was absolutely incredible. The ladies in the office were also great..super friendly and polite. I would deffinately recommend to anyone.

First things first, I am very satisfied with the service I was provided. They are following CDC guidelines due to Covid-19 by taking your temperature and screening for any symptoms you might have to avoid exposure which is very important. Kayla helped me by booking my appointment in no time! I was surprised they had an opening the same day I called which I’m really grateful for! Dr. Dan was very professional and straight to the point which I really like. As soon as he examined me, he talked me through my treatment process and explained everything clearly. Kirstin, his assistant, was very sweet, attentive, and she also answered all the questions I had. And even though my mouth was completely numb, Tiffany found a way to put at smile on my face at the check out area. So yes, I highly recommend VIP Dental to everyone, you guys will love them!
