From my first visit, I have had the best experience with the staff and Dr. Greenstein. My costs and insurance coverage were shared with me right away. I have had a great cleaning and new crown made and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Greenstein is so kind and his dental expertise shines! I never felt the Novocain needle or drilling. I have had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist…but not here!!

1st visit today. LONG wait to get new patient appointment, but office is attentive & efficient, facility is clean, equipment modern. Dr Dan Greenstein is very nice, quickly puts you at ease. He listens to your concerns, performed a thorough exam.

When I moved here a few months ago, my cap fell off I had to find a dentist that would cement it back on. I called dr. Greenstein and he told me come over in an hour. I was very grateful for that. Seen immediately & on my way. Yesterday I went in to have my x-rays and my exam with dr. Greenstein, hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years because of covid fears. Their office is very clean and I felt at ease there. They took me exactly on time. Dr. Greenstein really puts you in a relaxed state because he knows his stuff, decades of experience,
and he has a great sense of humor and a great bedside manner. His assistant was Tione, he was new but also had a great bedside manner. Made me feel at ease too. Their office staff is great, especially Jasmyn, she goes over & above her job description. She is friendly & reassuring. I have high anxiety over dental procedures, like many of you. They answer their phone in a timely manner. Really glad to have found this dental office.
UPDATE: still five stars. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, 😩 my new dentist not VIP does not pull wisdom teeth so I had to find someone that does since our Medicare Plan only covers a dentist to pull a tooth once a year. 3 weeks ago I went to Dr Kenneth Jainandan it was his last day there. But he was so professional and so kind, he put me in a relaxed state. Didn"t feel a thing.The best extraction I ever had and I think I would go to their VIP office in Tampa where this Dr transfered to, if I had to have another one pulled, that's how good he was!
After Dr. J pulled my wisdom tooth, I had two episodes of splinters coming through my gums and causing a very painful tongue. It was 6 weeks post and it was 2 weeks apart. I went to doctor greenstein and he did his best removing the splinters. I'm hopeful that no more will come through or he said I will need a oral surgeon. Dr. Greenstein was very friendly and engaging and I appreciate him fitting me in both times as an emergency.

After years of having Freedom Insurance, this past enrollment we extended my 91 years old father's Medicare coverage to include more extensive dental care. During a 1/12/22 dental appointment, he tried to explain that to the billing clerk. She didn't listen and required a $600 payment (cash or credit) right now!!! with a balance of $1592.00 owed. During the visit he had three filling and a preparation for a crown was performed. As he related this to me, what surprised me is that the billing clerk had no knowledge of his additional coverage prior to his appointment and yet she refused to acknowledge him by investigating it. Trying to clarify matters. I phoned the insurance representative myself. His new policy covered 2 of the $198.00 filling and it would have covered the entire cost ($1598.00) of the porcelain crown and core buildup had they chosen a similar device instead of the specific one they are preparing. Excuse me, but if Mr. Stevenson's policy had been reviewed prior to his visit, his out of pocket expense would have possibly only been $198.00. With this new knowledge, I phoned the office. I was put on hold. No one returned to answer.
