My dentist is very patient and thorough. Have a pleasant attitude and going to the dentist cause me anxiety and stress but he makes sure that trip goes well and good. All the staff are pleasant as well. Highly recommended.

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but I am SO GLAD I found this place. The office staff is always cheerful and personable. They also very patient and accommodating with complicated schedules. Dr. Strout is great. He's easy to talk to and takes all concerns into consideration and I never feel rushed. Lastly, this is the only office I've been to that didn't try to sell me another $14,000 in dental treatment. My whole family is seen in this office and I'd recommend them to everyone.

In 2019 when we still living in Florida I went in this place with pain in one of my teeth, they said that I have a problem and it will be solved by a route canal. Then they spend few days calculating the costs and my insurance would pay half of the treatment. Okay! During the treatment they said that I have 8 cavities and I should keep going to finish the whole treatment there but it was so expensive and I have decided do the treatment in my country since I trust in my dentist in my country. Traveling to my country and getting the treatment there was affordable than at Orange Park Dental Excellence and that’s okay, the problem with this place begun when they started sending me texts and calling me on my phone saying that I owe money, however my husband paid everything even before they finished my route canal treatment. In January of 2020 they said my insurance doesn’t pay, then we contacted my insurance and the insurance said this place did not provide enough evidence of the treatment and then we contacted the dentist office and we said what the insurance said to us.I went in my country my dentist said I did not need another route canal like they said at this place.. I had treatment in my country but cosmetics only, nothing else more, they lied to me saying I had 8 cavities it was just cosmetics.. In the end of 2020 they started calling me again asking me for money, they texted me asking to contact them and pay. Pay what? My husband paid everything!! So, they said I owe money because they made a mistake in something and they realized it just 1 year after I got the treatment finished there!!! It’s like they don’t just lied to me they are also incompetent because after 1 YEAR of the treatment was done they are asking for money because they made a mistake! And this mistake they made is $101,00 Really? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Thank God here in Virginia the new law was approved just to stop this kind of “mistake” that happened to me in Florida in this horrible place!
