Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

Finally found a dentist who cares! I have tried many dentist offices in the area, but Nona Dentists & Orthodontics is definitely the best! Not only is the front desk staff lovely and always very responsive on the phone, I’ve been able to schedule appointments very quickly & easily. Dr. Chao is an AMAZING dentist who listens to your concerns and tackles them immediately. Dental Assistant Jeanette always has a great attitude, and does whatever she can to make me feel comfortable during my appointments, knowing I have extreme dental anxiety. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and the great treatment from the Team. They work very hard together, and it shows with the camaraderie in the office.

Wow what an enjoyable dentist visit. They had me in the same day and treated. Dr Ihsan was professional informative and really took her time to make a perfect procedure. Jeannette was amazing and very detail oriented. At no time did I feel rushed or any corners cut. The entire staff was courteous and organized the facility is spotless and convenient. I’ll recommend everyone come here it’s the best dentist office in Florida. Thank you again

This office has a big heart to help the community like me who Needs help . Dr. Nam with a cheerful spirit explained all that is needed To be done and was very compassionate and offered to give solution Free of charge. I can’t almost believe,but He did it. He was very very efficient and he fixed my cavity and the crown of my tooth . Theresa Smith the hygienist did my cleaning.She was very gentle and did great. Jeannette was there assisting to my needs in the process. I love this office ! Their service is superb!!!

Absolutely the best! Had an emergency and they got me in very quickly. Jeanette and Dr. Chao were top notch. They were kind, gentle, patient and professional. I am terrified of dental work, and they completely put me at ease and fixed me up quickly. Highly, highly recommend this practice!

This dental team is unlike any other! I’ve been going there for a couple years now and even after moving I make the 3 hour drive to see my amazing hygienist Yelena. She is so thorough and personable which puts me at ease. Very thankful for the entire staff!

Dr. Nam and his assistant Sabrina were excellent. They both have amazing bedside manner and explained my care extensively and thoroughly. I had some cavities filled and it was painless. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was at Nona Dentists. Going to the dentist is never pleasant or comfortable, but Dr. Chao and Jeanette were absolutely lovely. Dr. Chao is very gentle and patient. I came in with severe decay and pain. Unlike other dentists I have seen, Dr. Chao was understanding and compassionate. This was my second visit and I have always had excellent service from everyone on the team. They are truly amazing and I feel blessed to have visited them!

Amazing dentist, felt so comfortable and they were very gentle haha. Very informative with every step of the way, Sabrina took my X-rays and she’s very nice!! Dr.Nam helped me understand everything and is the best Dr I’ve seen!! Theresa did my cleaning so good and she was very kind too!! This team helped me feel happy about my smile.

This place, its staff and its services are amazing!! Picking a dentist is a huge deal for most people. I made an appointment with “Nona Dentist and Orthodontics” because I needed a second opinion on the work another office had started, failed and never completed. Once I got there I was immediately captured by the office atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, efficient and friendly. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. My small mouth always makes taking X-rays very painful but the technician was vey gentle while taking them. When Dr. Chao came in the room she had read my concerns and had shown my X-rays to the periodontist because I thought that my gum problem needed a new periodontist. She explained in detail the problems that I was facing and she helped me understand why I needed extractions and a bridge. The news was difficult to take and the doctor and her assistant, Jeannette, literally held my hand through this decision. They have been so gentle and efficient. I even got my bridge in less time than expected since I am moving away from the area. I can’t thank them enough for being so efficient throughout the whole process. I feel like I’m on my way to dental health and that I placed my trust on the right doctor and staff. Dr. Chao and Jeannette are professionals who are invested in their patients. I am very glad the I chose “Nona Dentists and Orthodontics” and I am very satisfied with their care.

Dr. Nam and Jeanette was able to get me in on a Saturday with one day notice for an emergency chip tooth repair. I had a crown done and did not feel a thing. He was excellent and everyone in the office was friendly.
