Ideal Dental Lake Nona

I went in with pain issues. The dentist did treatment and address other minor issues without fixing the pain issue I went in for. She did not even speak to me or let me know what she was going to do until I stopped her. The use of novocaine was heavy handed to the point where it hurts.

Ideal dental in lake Nona with Dr. Chiang is where to go if you’re having any issues with your teeth. I Had a great experience on my first appointment. Staff is wonderful and Dr. Chiang is the best. She did my root canal and I did not feel a thing from starting to end. Dr.Chiang explains everything you might feel after getting a root canal which made me feel more at ease. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dentist. Thank you guys so much. I use to hate going to the dentist because of past experiences but you guys have changed that.

Great experience! Dr. Chiang was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and that she genuinely cared about my comfort and care overall. So happy to have found this great new office, space is beautiful and the team was really nice!

I cannot fault the treatment I got. Everyone was very friendly and understanding and they tailored my treatment plan to cause me minimal anxiety.

I normally don’t take time out to write a review. In this case I had to. I want to first point out that I have not seen a dentist in 15 yrs because a bad experience. I neglected my mouth and did the bare minimum like brush and mouthwash because of the fear and anxiety when it came to seeing a dentist. Now I need a wisdom tooth extracted and a deep cleaning on all four sides. In route I can feel the anxiety building and that feeling stayed the whole time in the chair until Dr. Chiang began her work. She reassured me I would feel nothing and she would take care of me. To say she was awesome is an understatement. Reviews on her is what led me to visit this office. Walking in and the polite reception from Henrique, Katherine, and communication via text wit Diamond was very professional, respectful and pleasant. Amy took care of the X-rays and the prep. Thank you Amy for making sure I was good and comfortable the whole time. I finally feel comfortable to say I found my Dentist. I definitely will recommend everyone to see Dr. Chiang and her magical hands.

Update- went back this week for right side of deep cleaning and it went smoothly and painless. Thanks Mercedes and Marielle(sorry if I got name or spelling wrong) you all were great. Be back in three months.

Amazing and awesome - two words that describe Dr. Chiang and the entire team, the quality of care I received, and my overall experience at Ideal Dental of Lake Nona. More specifically the words professional, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and considerate apply to the level of service offered and provided.
My work requires me to relocate often. I have worked and lived all over the country and therefore have been to many dentists. I can honestly say the care and service provided by Dr. Chiang and the Ideal Dental team was the best I've ever received and experienced.
When I relocate to a new location and need dental care I'll search and choose a dentist in my insurance network and convenient to work and home. I never know what to expect during a first visit. This time - serendipity; I couldn't be more pleased and fortunate choosing Ideal Dental of Lake Nona for my dental care in the Orlando area.

I looked for a new dentist for me and my husband that would be close to our house. I found Ideal Dental Lake Nona. When I called to make a new patient appointment I was expecting that I had to wait for a couple of weeks to be seen. To my surprise we could be seen within a couple of days. The day of our appointment we was very surprised how clean and nice this office is. To top it off we was their first patient because it was their first day open.
The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful and made you feel relaxed.
Doctor Chiang and Mercedes did an awesome job and took care of my tooth right away. The day after Doctor Chiang even send me a text to see how I was doing. This place is very recommended!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Chang and her assistant Misael, they were so sweet and friendly to me, they took the time to explain each of the steps throughout my appointment. I’d recommend this office to my friends and family.

I am always nervous to try a new dentist because of my sensitive teeth, but Dr. Chiang, the dental assistant and front desk staff were awesome! I felt very comfortable there and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an inviting, friendly and professional office.

Great first visit! Everyone was very professional. I had a cleaning done by Misael. Unfortunately they found issues but I loved that they could take care of it all in one visit. Very efficient process!
