Very professional, courteous, and thorough. Very gentle work too. My only issue is that a simple teeth cleaning appointment takes 90 minutes and I always spend a bit of time waiting and watching TV. I’d like the in and out process to be faster and treated with some urgency by eliminating some down time.

1st visit. It went well. I signed up for their plan that included 2 cleans. Found out that I was not covered because my teeth were not perfect so I paid for the cleaning. For a crown I did expect a temp crown while waiting for the new one but they didn’t put one on and I asked about it twice. Said not necessary. But overall it was a good experience and hoping the new crown fitting goes ok.

From the moment I stepped through the door the entire experience was pleasant. Aesthetically the Lake Nona office was beautifully presented. The office is clean, staff are friendly, check in process for a new patient was easy (all forms can be filled out online prior to the appointment) Dr was knowledgeable and patient. All of my questions were answered. The treatment plan was clear and Enrique does a great job, sitting with you and explaining the plan step by step. They have up to date technology. I felt confident I was in the best hands.
