Just got a fill done at another dental office and it made me realize how awful my fill process was at this office. I had FOUR fills and could fully feel the process during each one. The pain was insane and once I finally could not take the pain and winced they proceeded to give me more numbing, which did not help one bit. Just thought it was something I had to deal with, not knowing fillings are supposed to be painless. Just a heads up!

This place is great! I called to make a new patient appointment and they accommodated me for the next day. They're open on Saturdays, which is amazing. The new patient paperwork was easy because I could fill it out online. The waiting area is super cute. The staff are very friendly. I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, but they made the whole experience easy. I was in and out of the office in one hour (even with a filling done)! Plus, you get free whitening for life. They take your mold for at-home whitening trays, which you get to pick up next day. Overall, great experience! I've found my dental home.

If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to be!!! I was so concerned about the health of my teeth, considering I haven’t been to a Dentist in YEARSSSS!! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming! Even the dental assistant was very professional and polite and offered me a cool bottle of water. When it came down to treatment the Dr. DID NOT overwhelm me and insured She’d take care of me and that’s exactly what she did. They offered Nitrous which definitely made me feel even more at ease! My first visit was awesome!!! I’m definitely looking forward to coming back soon! Thank you Ideal Dental, You really set the bar high!

Recently moved to this area and needed a new dentist. I saw this office has great reviews and my first visit there proved all of them to be true. The staff is very pleasant and kind, the office is clean and I was seen promptly with virtually no wait at all. Overall i’m extremely satisfied with this office and will definitely be continuing all my dental needs with them!

First time at the office since moving into the area. Let me tell you, Doctor Chiang was very attentive and very detailed. She made me feel very comfortable and addressed all my concerns. This place is very good with client care. They do not push people into treatments that aren't necessary.
The Dental assistant Vanessa was extremely friendly and helpful. For medical billing, front staff Morgan was great. She had all of my Insurance breakdowns appropriately detailed out. Anyone that has gone through a mess with front staff billing in the past will appreciate this Dental office's attention to detail. I would recommend Ideal Dental to anyone looking for a pleasant experience .
