Surprisingly, I had a very good experience here! I'm usually afraid of the dentist & have bad anxiety due to bad experiences with dentistry in the past. I hadn't been to a dentist in about 7 years so naturally I was expecting a lot of work to be done & I was afraid.
Dr.Chiang & her team are all friendly and made me feel welcomed & at ease. I didn't feel judged by anyone for not having been to a dentist in such a long time. I did have to get a 5 cavities filled but Dr. Chiang is very gentle with the shot & the drill. Ive had a cavity filled before & the shot usually hurts but with Dr. Chiang I hardly felt anything at all! Whatever her technique is it works lol!
I don't have any dental insurance so I was also worried financially but they really do work with you! I signed up Metro Care dental plan with them & that knocked a huge part of my bill off.
I'm just so happy I found my new dental home!
