Don’t know why they are rated this well. Must be fake reviews. I have never been in so much pain after a cavity fill. She said it’s normal but she lied. She was so ruff with me and seemed like she was in a hurry to get to lunch or the next patient. Worst experience ever!! Plus they charged me another $50 on my account because I didn’t confirm the follow up. Keep the money. You all don’t care about teeth it’s just about cash. I don’t ever complain to doctors either so this is my first ever dental review. I like to give the benefit of the doubt before I judge. Never again with this company. Good luck to whom ever goes here. She is not gentle at all just fyi.

The staff is amazing to the Dentist herself. They inform you of everything so there are no surprises. Dr Chang took the time to fix my issue when other dentists would have pulled the tooth. Highly recommend.

My experience at Ideal Dental Lake Nona was fantastic! The whole process was seamless-from checking in until I left. The receptionist was warm and friendly, the dental assistants were efficient and professional , and Dr. Chiang was thorough in explaining all the treatments that were necessary and what they entailed. Best experience I have ever had with a dentist in my life! Dr Chiang has a wonderful, soothing demeanor and does a wonderful job. Mercedes her assistant keeps things lighthearted and informational. Miss Mary at the front greets you so warmly. And Miss Kathy makes talking about money and the business aspect really comfortable and NOT pushy! I would recommend this dentist’s office to everybody! I came here for a routine cleaning/exam.
The front desk and hygienist were very friendly. I felt it took kind of a long time to get seen ~1 hour until they started the cleaning.
What was weird was that the doctor did my exam after the xrays but before the cleaning. Without poking my teeth with the hook to feel for soft/sticky spots and a visual inspection, she recommended 11 fillings.
The next day, I went to the Walmart health clinic in Poinciana for a second opinion, paid out of pocket for more xrays and an exam. This doctor actually poked every one of my teeth and did a more thorough examination of my teeth, he said I needed NOTHING. No cavities found/suspected, and no need to do "preventative drilling." I showed him my treatment plan from Ideal, he was astonished at what they recommended and couldn't believe that they arrived to that conclusion, especially considering it was determined just by xrays and a quick inspection (without touching my teeth).
A $40 exam at Walmart saved me over $1,000 and unnecessary drilling. I'll never return to this office, nor any other Ideal location.

You are first greeted by the front office staff. Cathy is great very welcoming and a sweetheart. Dental assistant Jesus, is also great. Very informative and did an awesome job explaining every detail. As for Dr Chiang, she is the best. Very skilled at her craft. I felt very comfortable and cared for. Dr. Chiang did an excellent job on my teeth. I am very pleased with the work done and I look forward to seeing them all again for my next visit. Many thanks to you all. I would 100% recommend to any and all who are considering visiting Dr. Chiang and her lovely staff.

This was my first visit and I will tell you that I was treated with so much respect and not just a number. From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness and professionalism of the the staff. Misael took me in and explained every process in detail and took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. If you are looking for a dental office in the Nona area, this is the place.
