Very nice and professional staff! Make you feel welcome and are super accommodating. My fiancé and I are new patients to them. We requested an appointment and they were able to get us both in on the same day 2 days after. Dr. Chiang is really nice and gentle. Will definitely be coming here for all my dental needs!

Dr. Chiang and Jesus are amazing! They really take the time and have patience with me. I have severe dental anxiety and had to have my first root canal at another dentist who did terrible and didn't numb me when closing. They were patient with me and took breaks when I needed them to and made sure I was extra numb to finish it! They explained everything to me before the procedure and after they followed up with anything important. I also have ADHD that causes me to become overstimulated, especially with the sounds and sensations against my teeth and I felt very comfortable and accommodated while there. I cannot express how grateful I am for them and how amazing they both are. They make having to see the dentist less anxiety provoking and a great experience.

I have not had a dental check-up/cleaning since COVID so I knew I had to do something about that. I looked online and saw that this place had great reviews, took my insurance and was accepting new patients so this was a no brainer! I ended up having a debridement done and a deep cleaning and I’ve never been so happy in my life in terms of my dental health. The entire staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I had Maria as my dental hygienist and she is the absolute best!!!! Would highly recommend this dental office to a friend, family member or colleague. 🦷😊

What an amazing overall experience! Dr. Chiang is kind, efficient, skilled, and made the overall experience very pleasant. The office is beautiful and state of the art, the value (with insurance) is huge, and they even offer free trays moulded to your teeth with free whitening for life. Would absolutely recommend to anybody!

Maria took excellent care of me on my first visit to Ideal Dental Lake Nona - she professionally handled my xrays and dental cleaning in a friendly, efficient manner. And Dr. Chiang was also professional, friendly and attentive in conducting an oral exam; she was amazingly proficient in conducting a dental procedure that I needed. I was happy that I was able to get xrays, teeth cleaning and a needed dental procedure all done in one visit!
