I would not recommend this office! They have no guts to talk to you in person if a problem arrises they'll hide behind the insurance company and then LIE to your face instead of trying to work it out with you (I have the phone call recorded for proof when they lied). After years of loyal service they turned on me with NO warning or explanation. I was dumb founded--thought it was a joke of some kind....Office personnel is very thin skinned! They say they care about you and "welcome responses both negative and positive....?
They also try and force this "oral cancer screening" on you (pressure/sales), NEVER had that at any other dentist. And don't dare ask questions or express your "feelings" unless you have a plastic smile and "comply" with them. And don't talk on the phone, they hate that. I was talking on the phone with my doctor prior to my cleaning because I was about to go in for a surgery (separate from dentist) and I was getting last minute details as it was the only time we could speak on the phone. I was at the dentist BEFORE my cleaning but because I was on the balcony talking, I was accused of "not being compliant." If they had the guts to talk to my face we could have worked out whatever "problem" they had, (I had none with them) but they couldn't do that. STAY AWAY!
