This place is great. The entire process of setting up an appointment to walking out is smooth and efficient. I had Nagwa as my hygienist and she is so nice and helpful. She was very patient with me during x-rays and the cleaning.
Dr. Maali is kind and cares a lot about his patients. He was very helpful with options available for me and new methods I can try to take care of my teeth.
I cannot wait to come back and that's the first time I've felt that way about a dentists office.

I chose this dentistry based on the most positive online reviews, now I understand why. Dr. Maali and his staff are fantastic! I have not been to a dentist for a few years, however the dental staff were all so welcoming and attentive to my timidness. Even though the office was busy, I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Maali himself was very nice and patient with my vast amount of questions. In the last 25 years, this was the first dentist visit that I left feeling confident and satisfied. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Maali and all of his staff were friendly, professional, and efficient!!!! I was impressed when I called on a couple of occasions to verify my insurance and 2 different staff members were pleasant and helpful. When I arrived, all were friendly and his techs were also friendly and efficient. I had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked but when I met Dr. Maali he was thorough and took time to explain all the details and was able to immediately repair a chipped tooth!! I was very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend him to family and friends!!!

I went in for a consultation inquiring about dental veneers. False claims were made about the process as well as the refund policy prior to placing a deposit. I was told that if I disliked the veneers that were received, that I would receive a new set with adjustments made. The set that arrived were misshapen, discolored, and improperly sized. Dr. Maali did not adhere to the policy stated to me. Also during my visits after the transaction had already been made, I noticed a serious problem with infection control practices, the staff were touching trash cans and picking up objects off of the floor and not changing out their gloves. I had to stop one of the staff members from placing her dirty gloves into my mouth after picking up a veneer she dropped on the floor, and asking her if she could change out her gloves. After making an attempt to obtain a resolution, the initial friendliness and professionalism were no longer present.
