If you are looking for a great dentist this is the one. He has done a lot of work on my mouth and I am very happy with his professionalism and work preformed.
What sets Dr Maali apart from other dentist when I had a temporary bridge break on a Saturday The office was closed so I left a message to call me on Monday. He personally called back within minutes he would said he would open the office and meet him in half and hour and he would make another bridge. When I got to the office he had already made a new bridge and replaced the broken one
In my 67 years best dentist ever! His staff is also very professional and helpful with a good attitude!

I love coming to Sand Lake Dental! Every single touch point is positive. They make sure to call/text/email appointment reminders. The front desk staff greets you promptly, and your appointment begins on time. The hygienist is friendly & attentive, making sure you stay comfortable during the cleaning. The entire office is clean & bright, and there are televisions in the ceiling. Ms. Peggy at checkout is always efficient & kind; she has helped me with itemized receipts for my HSA and bills my insurance. And then there’s Doctor Maali himself. He is so caring toward his staff as well as the patients. Once, I called on a Saturday morning to leave a message that I was feeling sensitivity. Dr. Maali personally called me back within an hour to check on me. That has always stuck with me. The whole experience makes me feel important and valued.

This was my first time visiting and everyone was so nice and professional. The office was very nice and clean and my wait time was amazing. So pleased with my experience!

Today I had two fillings replaced by Dr Maali and his Assistant. From the numbing process to the filling and smoothing of the new surfaces took less than a half hour. My comfort was a concern the entire time. Directly afterward Ana my hygienist gave me my 6 month teeth cleaning and cancer screening. Dr. Maali, Asst., Ana and the entire staff are extremely professional, personable, and thoughtful. I have been a patient here for app. 15 years and I always enjoy my visits and would recommend Dr Maali's practice to anyone.

Dr. Maali was amazing & definitely has an eye for cosmetic work. He is also kind & makes you feel comfortable. Jamie (hygienist) was an absolute doll. She has to be one of the kindest persons I’ve ever met. Kay (dental assistant) was also very sweet & reassured me multiple times that I should not feel away to share my opinion of the work I was getting done. She also made me feel very comfortable. One of the most capable and low stress offices I’ve ever been to. The dentist helped develop an overall treatment plan, explaining everything and taking the time to answer my questions. And the receptionist did the same, walking me through how best to coordinate the plan with my insurance.

Also they literally have a TV in the ceiling so you can watch HGTV while you’re being worked on in the chair.

We absolutely love the staff and Dr. Maali! My husband and I are so thankful to have found Sand Lake Dental! If we could give them 10 stars, we would! We referred our in-laws, who love this dentist practice as well! Peggy is incredibly helpful and was so patient in helping us navigate and transition our insurance so that we could continue going there! Dr. Maali is the best dentist we've had (and we have had many dentists)! He has the best bedside manner, makes you feel at ease (even during the tedious dental work), is amazing at administering the numbing agents, efficient, really knows what he is doing, and leads an amazing team. Ana (hygienist) has such a calming presence during our cleaning appointments; she could make anyone feel comfortable. Nagwa is so courteous and very thorough with her cleanings as well. I couldn't believe how seamless communication was between Hannah and Dr. Maali when they were working together to install my first crown. Everyone we have met has been incredible! I could go on and on. I can only imagine the long days that some of the staff have during busy seasons and covid procedures...this is mostly an encouragement to them! Keep doing what you're doing! I called about a pain in my jaw and swelling. They fit me as soon as they could and even tried to get me in sooner . The care and attention they provided was excellent. I am so glad I found this dentist and this office. Love them!
