Sand Lake Dental

This review is overdue. I've been going to Dr. Maali for the last couple years now and have been absolutely amazed at everything about his practice.

The staff are so professional and pleasant. When scheduling appointments they send out automated reminders but also personally have helped to change appointments and I've always found them to stay on top of communications leaving messages and getting answers to any questions I may have (appointments, billing, etc.).

The hygienists and Dr. Maali are thorough, professional and also very personable. I've felt that they've taken a genuine personal interest in me as a patient and I see it in the interactions with other patients as well.

It is such peace of mind to have a "go to" dentist like Dr. Maali and a great staff to support the practice at Sand Lake Dental. Thanks so much!

This office is by far the absolute best dentist office I have ever been to. I had horrible experiences with dentists as a child and so as an adult I had stayed away for well over a decade. When I broke a molar off I had no choice but to find a dentist to fix my excruciatingly painful tooth. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Mali and I could not be more thankful. The staff is wonderful , and the Dr.is absolutely amazing. He is kind, honest not pushy at all. He really cares about his patients and what is best for thier situation. He even came in on his day off to put temporary filling in a root canal I had done. He explained all the options and when I chose to have the tooth pulled instead of crowned ( a much cheaper solution)he was understanding and didn't try to get me to change my mind at all. The office also offers a great discount plan for people without insurance. I would never go anywhere else and everyone I know gets refered there by me. Thank you so much for everything !

As always, I was greeted right away, and taken in on time. Its a pleasure to visit such an office that really shows that their clients are important. The dentist Dr. and staff are wonderful.I travel quite a bit to this location just because of the staff.

They were able to get me in due to a cancellation at 4pm on a Monday. The dental assistant, Hilda, was expectional and handled me with kid gloves due to the pain in my mouth. Dr. Maali saw me soon after and carefully evaluated my issue. The procedure he suggested meant he would have to stay late as well as Hilda. He took his time, made sure I was numb/comfortable, and completed the procedure. Today is the next day and I feel 200% better. I've always feared going to the dentist and every visit I've had with the team and Dr. Maali has made me feel comfortable and taken care of my issues. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Dr. Maali is by far my favorite dentist, along with the rest of the staff. They are so attentive, kind and excellent at their jobs. Thank you for always fitting me into a schedule that works for me and making sure I get everything regarding my teeth taken care of!

Absolutely amazing! I was so devistated when I just had bonding work done the day before and it had chipped off within 12 hours at a weekend office! I'm so thankful sandlake dental was able to take me in right away. Dr. Maali has been absolutely wonderful and even didn't mind I had to bring my 2 year old daughter with me. The entire staff was pleasantly wonderful and understanding! Mrs. Peggy is the saint of patience dealing with my insurance nonstop.

This was an emergency appointment. The entire visit was amazing! From the front of house to my dental assistant and Dr. Syaad they made me feel comfortable and engaged in what was happening. They were gentle and made sure to coach me on what I needed to do at home for post care. I think I will be changing my dentist!!!

Dr. Maali and his staff were phenomenal. From quick scheduling to the painless dental work, Sand Lake Dental is the best dental office I’ve been to. I get anxious visiting the dentist and Dr. Maali made the experience so comforting. I didn’t feel a thing during the entire dental procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Maali to anyone!

When you have a childhood dentist, that's all you've known so why fix it if it's not broke? Well unfortunately wasn't happy with my last few visits that were quite painful.

Long story short was referred out to an Endodontics and they couldn't squeeze me in for a build up and was atleast a week out and I needed to do it before going out of town since two root canals on each side would of been difficult to eat.

So the search begun for a new dentist and in today's day and age great reviews are a dime a dozen! Read through many reviews and called upon the most genuine "seeming" ones.

Called around noon so figured lunch time left a detailed message and sure enough Cindy called me back. What amazed me was she referred back to the message ( usually no one does this and you have to RE-explain everything!) better yet she was able to squeeze me in next day and verified my insurance. So at this point they had a leg up, but I'm a still tough critic...

So one of my favorite characteristics is transparency. From the front office to Dr. Maali they were very thorough with all explanations. And you feel a genuine sense that they look out for your well being as well! Peggy explains the billing and works with you, since I had a ton of dental work this year she was able to anticipate my limit and gave me a few options. They submitted the claim just in case it was approved and credited any extra to for future use. Glad I found this dental office
