The staff are great and the service was perfect. We had a major miscommunication regarding the insurance. Upon showing my insurance to the receptionist they said that I was covered and that we would be charged the in-network rate. After all the services were rendered, we received a bill for 80% of the cost and found out that Watson was actually out-of-network! This was very disappointing.
