I was on vacation, driving on the interstate on my way to Universal in Orlando when the crown on my front tooth fell off! I immediately googled Dentists near the park feeling certain I would have to call several to find someone to take an out of town patient. Watson dental care was my first call. I explained the situation to Jackie, told them I was actively driving to the area and would not be able to be there before 3:30, and was told I could be seen at 4! I was seen and had tooth permanently fixed and out of the office in an hour! Everyone was friendly and attentive. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice! If they take care of a non patient this way they must take care of their established patients wonderfully!

We came from Brazil 3 years ago with my daughter using a newly placed self powered braces. Dr. Cátia, from this clinic informed that she could maintain the braces because it was new and she knew the technology. After two years the teeth were more crooked than at the beginning of the treatment and the teeth were very fragile and breaking. I complained and they told me that they would speed up the treatment without charge and they took the device out about 1 year later. I left upset and looked for another clinic to do an evaluation 30 days later and 15 restorations were found to be done and the teeth were full of glue from the braces.
She did the treatment but they informed me that she would need to use another braces to align her teeth and pay for an invisible one because her teeth are very fragile. They also questioned the competence of the orthodontist because the work was very bad and I question it too. Very upset with so much time and money wasted in addition to seeing my daughter with her teeth full of resin.
