I had an appointment for my daughter, she is 7 years old. I called to cancel because when I checked they were not in network with my insurance. The person on the phone convinced me to keep the appointment because she said the insurance would still cover my daughter's preventive care. I was very clear that if there would be any extra charges for that reason I wanted to be informed before making a decision. Turns out my daughter needed to have three of her baby teeth removed. I agreed to pay $250!!!! to have them removed. I was never in the room with my daughter, because I was doing some dental work at the same time. When we were going home I asked her how was it and I couldn't believe when she told me he tried to pull her teeth without anestesia. If I'm paying all this money why in the world would do b the same I could have done at home!! He tried to do it without any cost to them! But that's nothing, next week I come back for my treatment, that's going to cost me $1200 out of my pocket, with the insurance, and they tell me : "Oh by the way you still owe us an extra ,$250 because you insurance didn't cover as much we tought it would". Well I pay that and the money for my treatment. It turns out I still have more to be done and as I am checking out the lady at the desk tells me that she doesn't know why but the computer it's not letting her figure it out how much my next visit will cost me. Someone else said " that's
probably because she achieved her insurance limit", so the desk person tells me she will give a call back as soon as she have an answer. Nobody ever called me. Not even to say you've achieved your limit and the treatment without the insurance will cost you x money. Nothing , haven't heard from them untill about 4 months later when I receive a letter telling me to pay the balance of $467.61 that I still owe them...What a bunch of THIEVES!!!!! I owe you a law suit, that's what. This place it's only after your money, very they treat you that way.

My boyfriend had to have an emergency surgical extraction on a wisdom tooth. Being a worried girlfriend I called around looking for a good dentist to do it. I called the office before hours and was greeted with a message telling me the number to call if it was an emergency. I called the number and spoke with a very nice man who took down all my information as well as my boyfriends contact information. I later found out that I had talked to Dr. Gabriel Joshua Sangalang, who as soon as he got to his office had the receptionist Jalica call my boyfriend right away and set up an appointment for the next morning. The staff was great and my boyfriend feels great now!
