I just had my first visit! I enjoyed it so much I had to do a review!
First time paperwork was a breeze! Front desk clerk made waiting time comfort and short! I was greeted by, who is now my best friend Reggie! Reggie gave me a tour of the office before bringing me to my chair, by the way was in a perfect view of their large window that make you feel like your outside and not in a office! Reggie covered every detail to my dental health and spent time discussing new treatments and options for better oral care. I was left with no questions! After the very detail doctor did a second check to be sure everything was in order for me to get started, I was greeted with the head of billing [ second best friend] she was already prepared with all my payment information with options to fit my concerns not just my needs. While on vacation at Universal I developed a dull / sharp pain in my back molar. Called multiple dentist offices in the area and received no callback.
Thankfully the people at Watson called and assisted me, especially, with us not being local. All the people who assisted me were extremely nice and helpful and ultimately they found the cause of my toothache.
The office is nice and quaint and each room I was placed in had a nice view of the town. The fact they were accommodating and tried to ensure my vacation stayed on track was impressive and thoughtful in my eyes. I would highly recommend Watson Dental Care to anyone.

Believe it or not this was the first time I actually felt comfortable at the dentist. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in the past but this one was completely different and it made me feel good being there, like this is where I belong. Reggie was the hygienist that made my experience beyond amazing from the moment I stepped in the office. Great guy with great character, as well as Dr. Sangalang, I believe, they both made sure I left that place better than I got there. And the least I can do to return the kindness is to leave a review.
