Dr. Moncada is 1st class. I generally dread a trip to the dentist, but Dr. Moncada and her team take great of me, as quickly and with as little pain as possible. I’ve never had to wait in the lobby more than a few minutes, including pre-COVID appointments.
I highly recommend Windermere Dental.

The worst office ever. The Dentist is rude and unprofessional. She did a bad root canal, and did not provide enough numbing. I had to go to a different dentist who fixed my root canal. The office sent me to collections, stating that they would charge me forty percent, which is illegal. They add extra fees that you are not aware of. I would stay away from this office.

EVERY single negative review here is true. I've been a patient since 2012, have done all types of treatments with them from Invisilign, cleanings, removing cavity. IM UNHAPPY WITH ALL OF THEM!

Ps: their billing department is a mess. Will you tell it's covered but then will call charging you months later.

Do yourself a favorite. GO ANYWHERE ELSE :)

Have only had xrays and exam so far. The hygienist, Gigi, was very gentle with the placement of the xrays films and checking the gum depth. Both procedures less painful than usual.

In 2014 after four years of being patients of Dr. Susana Moncada, we decided to change dentist. The last service that we received was a crown that she tried twice to make it right but that was never accomplished. Even though we paid in full for this service the office manager was very reluctant to do the right thing and complete the crown service, as it should be since the beginning. We paid in full for something that never was performed correctly, so even we have a positive balance in their billing system we decided to look for a new dentist.

Last month in October of 2016, after two years of not having any communication from Dr. Moncada, I received a bill. I sent a letter to her explaining that probably someone in her management system was trying to make a fraud and she was not aware of it. It look like a fake invoice because does not specify the service, the date of the service or the patient.

Another fact that makes me think this is a scam is, how is possible that the billing system does not identify any remaining balance for a period over two years? I noticed that in the Better Business Bureau this dentist office have experienced similar problems with the billing system in the past.

I asked her for a response to my letter and I mentioned that I will appreciate if the answer only comes from her because I don’t want to discuss this topic with any of her employees because they have already showed in the past lack of professionalism and customer service and by the way, that was another factor that contribute to our decision of changing our family dentist.

What I received this month from her, November 2016, was the same bill but with late fees.

So I filled a complaint in the Better Business Bureau so they can act as intermediaries.

I had to block their number because of how often I was getting reminder calls that I'm due for a cleaning. No, I definitely don't want to go back, especially after seeing other reviews here where they lie about cavities.

I originally went because of an advertisement for free whitening. I've never had teeth x-rays that were painful, but somehow they managed to make it painful. When Dr. Moncada came in she insisted that I must have had a filling in the past because of an odd spot on one of my molars (I've never had fillings of any kind). She also told me I had a cavity, which was a surprise, because I've never had any before. Then she said that she could tell I drank a lot of soda because of the enamel loss. I haven't had soda in over 10 years. Then because of the "cavity" she found, I wasn't eligible for the whitening. What a scam.

I recently had a cleaning at my usual dentist and they found no problems with cavities, enamel loss, or any other irregularities. I've learned my lesson: if you find an honest doctor, stick with them.

Came to Dr susana for a chipped tooth. Figured after she fixed my tooth, i might as well give this place a shot. Well i was wrong. I was informed I had 7 cavities....yes 7. Absolutely rediculous considering the past 20 years of my life ive had 1 cavity. So I sought out a second opinion and thanks to my gut feeling I have 1 confirmed cavity. The other 6 “cavities” were tooth stains explained to me by an actual professional. For this to have happened and been actually given to me as a treatment plan is completely un-acceptable. Dont even try and come back with a response because I have physical proof that I do not have 7 cavities. Either an insurance scam or a clear lack of professionalism or education. I wish I could give 0 stars.
