Rib off. I read the reviews. Most of them a writing that everyone has been treated friendly. Barely anyone writes about the service that has been performed and if it was justified. Do you know if you really need a root canal??? I wanted to come in for a simple teeth cleaning but I got denied because they have to see me for an evaluation before. Big red flag. Do you research before you get anything done. This sounds very shady to me.

From the front desk to customer service all were great help and made you feel comfortable on all aspects. Thanks to the staff and doctors while doing the procedures made me feel at ease... really thanks I’m planning to go back and get a cleaning. If your looking for a dentist I REALLY recommend this unit you won’t be disappointed

I appreciate all of the staff at Windermere Dental Group, everyone is nice and helpful and the Dr. is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable and that you understand your gum and teeth health. Office is clean with a nice location.

I wanted my teeth cleaned. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I left without getting my teeth cleaned after they presented a "Plan" to spend an excessive amount of money and time on things I didn't ask for.

If I could give zero stars I would. This dental office was so unprofessional during the two weeks that I dealt with them that I've actually petitioned my insurance provider to drop them from their coverage.

It started after sending an email using their contact page in OCTOBER, I didn't recieve any response from their office for 2 weeks, so I called to see whether or not they were accepting new patients. I talked with a woman by the name of Liz who informed me that they had recieved my email and that they accepted my insurance (I thought it to be quite odd that they received my email but had not followed up, this should've been a sign). After scheduling my first appointment with them, I recieve a call the DAY BEFORE my appointment saying that I was not on a "roster" provided by my insurance, and that I wouldn't be able to be seen until the NEXT MONTH. I argued that they could simply contact my insurance, but they did not, and instead asked that I contact them to have my name added to the roster. I did this and asked to schedule another appointment.

Fast forward to November 1st, they call to tell me that my name is, again, not on the roster, though it shows that they are my assigned provider on my insurance portal. I asked again, for them to contact delta and request a new or updated roster (as I was not willing to wait another MONTH to be seen again). Liz then confirmed that it is an office policy to only treat patients on their "roster" and that I would need to wait until DECEMBER to be seen. I asked to speak to the clinic manager - who was conveniently busy at the time and refused to speak to me - Liz shared that the clinic manager said the same - that they wouldn't contact my insurance and that I could wait another month to be seen.

I don't think this particular dental office understands what barriers they are creating for patients seeking dental care in the Windermere area. Their outdated protocols force patients to wait MONTHS to be seen, as a result I will not be seeking treatment from this office and will ensure that my friends and family in the Orlando/Windermere area know to avoid this practice at all costs.

Save yourself the stress and do not come here.

My family had been going to this dentistry for quite some time now, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Thankfully I won't need to because after this, my immediate and extended family and friends are moving to different dentists. Don't even think about trying to reschedule any appointment even if you're within the 48-hour rescheduling window. They'll insist they won't charge you a deposit as a courtesy (when they couldn't anyway because it was within 48 hours) but they're also extremely inflexible. I needed to have my surgery rescheduled, not canceled, because I got an infection on the area that was going to undergo surgery.

Despite them having already taken the deposit of the surgery weeks prior, they gave me two options. I attend the surgery with an infection imminent or I cancel. A $200 deposit is not worth the possibility of a worse infection or anything worse than that so I told them to keep the deposit since they refuse to reschedule. Their practice must be struggling so much that they need this money, so they can have it.

I have another dentistry I found that I'm actually looking forward to because of how pleasant they've been and I'm looking forward to bringing them 15+ new clientele.

0 stars is an understatement! I came here for a simple cavity filling and was told I needed a root canal and had 9 other cavities (if you saw my smile you would be in complete shock)...Total estimate was $6712.00. I left immediately without even getting a cleaning, went to another dentist and got a cleaning, exam and X-ray for $60 and the ONE cavity I had was $165 to fill. I don’t know if all these good reviews are real but my experience absolutely was. I wish I could post a picture of my teeth so whoever reads this could have a better understanding but be weary of these people! Susan tried to rip me off smh!
