Everyone in the office that I came in contact with was helpful and very friendly. Dr. Moncada is very calming explaining everything I needed to know about my new teeth. Thank you.

What an incredible experience I had at Windermere Dental Group. After dealing with so much pain and with the awkward look they managed to put me back together again. Every person in this picture such as Bridgette and DR. Suzanna Moncada treated me as if I was family. I walked out feeling good smiling because I truly was in great hands. Thank you again to Windermere Dental group for your excellent customer service. If your looking for anything that involves dental stop by and show them some love.

First appointment was great! The front desk was extremely nice and welcoming and the people were friendly. This all went downhill at my second appointment though. I had a few cavities filled, and they told me that it would hurt for a few days. Well months later the same teeth are causing me immense pain, pain that wasn't even there before they "fixed" my teeth. Let alone the lady accidentally sprayed me in the face with the water gun thing and then laughed about it before apologizing to me. So that's why it's one star.

Finally found a dental office I enjoy going to. Not that going to the dentist is fun, but the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. All of my cleanings and proceedures have been spot on. My sister is in dental school at U.F. and I run everything by her to ensure I'm not being sold treatment I don't need or over charged for services. I have never been pressured and they have always worked with me on scheduling and payment options. I recommend this office to everyone I know.

The dentist is thorough, knowledgeable and personable. The staff is friendly and the office is immaculately clean. You are treated like patients should be treated. The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough as well.

STEER CLEAR- READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW

I chose this group less than a year ago when I needed an extraction. Because I have asthma, they required me to go to my PCP and get a letter saying I could have gas to help me relax. As this was far from my 1st extraction, this was unusual request. I asked if they could fax an authorization/clearance to my doctor. I was in excessive pain and did not want any delays or unnecessary copayments. They could not. I had to wait for my PCP and even then, my doctor said she had never received such a request. I had the doctor write, because they did not give me the specific name, that I was cleared to receive dental anesthesia. When I got to my extraction appointment, they did not like the letter my doctor wrote and faxed a general statement for my doctor to sign that said I could be administered nitrous-oxide. (Why couldn't they do that when I asked?) In the end, iIt was the most painless extraction, I've ever had. I scheduled my perio maintenance and brought my daughter and husband into the practice. They immediately were sending me links to "write a positive review." Most of my dealings with the front desk were Raj- she is very patient, helpful and I believe she mostly attends to insurance billing.
The male dental hygienist, was extremely gentle and my cleaning was way faster than any of my other cleanings. (15 minutes versus the normal 35-45 minutes.) I asked if he did perio maintenance? He said he did but because it was my first time there, he wanted to ease me into it. The same day, my daughter received her new patient exam with x-rays and they found 12 cavities (WTF? she's never had a cavity and has always gone to the dentist. Could they be her sealants?) The bill was thousands! BEFORE I agreed to the work, I asked for her xrays so I could ask her Pediatric dentist how that was possible????... It was NOT possible. They were her sealants and there was only one area that was beginning to show weakness. (Email only allows you to view limited times before blocked.)
My husband had the same crazy experience of about $5000?!?! They said all his crowns needed replacing. He has 2 recent root canals, both within 5 years. Crowns in great condition. He asked for his xrays too (January 2019- still waiting...)
I went for my 2nd perio- male hygienist is gone, moved to Tampa. The dentist did my cleaning (WTH???) Worse cleaning of my life. Felt gross afterwards.
Been asking for my families xrays so we can go elsewhere because I think this place is only have insurance money, but Sally, the new(er) girl at the front desk keeps giving me excuses, delays ("we are permitted 30 days to complete this request") and finally called me yesterday to claim she sent my daughter's xrays and a release for my husband to sign. She did NOT. Checked every email folder including spam. Confirmed email (on file) she spelled my name wrong, sent again, spelled my name wrong again!

SERIOUSLY, STEER CLEAR we will have to physically go into the office to get copies of our records because we are legally entitled to them!

They just want to milk your Insurance!! Scheduled an appointment for an 8:30am cleaning. I️ showed and they told me I️ needed to do an Exam and X-ray before they cleaned my teeth. So I️ emailed them my X-Ray and Exam notes from my previous dentist that was taken recently. They had me sitting in an empty office until 9:10am just to tell me they can’t accept the (HD Digital) records and that they called my insurance to verify that it will cover them doing a new exam and x rays today if I️ want to move forward...then they denied me a cleaning unless I️ did New exam and X-rays with them. The whole time they knew I️ was leaving town tomorrow and I️ had limited time to get this done! Now I’m in the car searching for another office that can do my cleaning today...very inconveniencing!!!
