I adore this place. I’ve only been once for my check-in, but they surprised me. This may be because I don’t have much experience with dentists as it’s been a hot minute, but for a first-time back in years I was impressed. I’m new to the whole insurance world and pretty much teeth care by myself but they led me through it step-by-step and told me flat-out how much I would need to pay etc. I feel comfortable. They even taught me how to floss since I was clueless. (Lame I know for being 21 but I’m getting there.)

The experience from start to finish is always the best. Customer service is awesome. Everyone is friendly. I enjoyed complimentary coffee while I arrived early. The visit was nice and comfortable because of the heated massage chair and TV available. My teeth are super clean and Dr. Taylor is thorough in his examination. Highly recommended dental office!

I have been to Taylor Dental 3 times in the past month. They were suggested to me by a friend and I could not be happier with the care I have received. The office is clean and inviting. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are top notch and explain their process thoroughly. Dr. Garner is so sweet! She explained every single thing she did so there are no surprises...and everything was painless. I didn't even feel the needle for the numbing medication. I highly recommend Dr. Garner and the staff at Taylor Dental. Thank you for the fantastic care!
