On Tuesday, September 7th, 2021, Dr. Taylor checked a back molar that I was concerned about. Dr. Taylor patiently listened to my concerns and then was able to alleviate the issue with a simple buffing of a filling. Dr. Taylor is the best dentist in the entire Pensacola area - in my humble opinion. He listens with patience. He has a gentle touch. He is concerned about the comfort of the patient. He's the best!!!

We have used Taylor Dental for years. They are professional and proactive with dental care. I have acid reflux and it caused multiple cavities. I went 52 years without a single cavity. My Dr’s at Taylor Dental have corrected my problems and I have gone 2.5 years without a new cavity. Ace team!!

The staff at Taylor Dental were very nice the first time we visited. However, on my subsequent visits, I feel they are “pushing” products for me to purchase. I appreciate the information of WHY I would need the product, but ONCE is enough. My insurance does NOT cover what they continue to PUSH me to get and right now I don’t have a few extra hundred dollars to buy it. I’m to the point of looking for another dentist.
I understand Taylor Dental is a business, trying to make extra $$$ but I’m an college educated woman in my 50’s who doesn’t need to hear each time I go in that I need one of their products. I also realize it’s their “job” to “educate/push” the why but I GOT it the first time. It should be noted in my file the first time I politely refused. Each time my husband comes home he has a bag full of things he “needed” to buy but doesn’t use. Just very disappointed and seriously looking to find another dentist.
