While my family has loved going to this dentist for years, their service has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. We had to remove our family from their patient list. They frequently call to reschedule appointments, often the same day. Additionally, if you have children, do NOT go here. They have zero patience and bedside manner with children. My four year old has developed a fear of the dentist strictly based off of her experiences at Taylor Dental. They do not explain to the children what they are doing. They are not gentle. If your child so much as cries one time, they immediately refer you to a child dentist and will refuse to see your child going forward. They advertise as a dental practice for the whole family, but they certainly are not. I would not recommend their office to anyone anymore.

My son and I tried out Taylor dental after having a bad experience at another dental office. My son had a lot of anxiety and the staff was incredibly patient, reassuring and kind. He successfully got x-rays, a cleaning and sealants with no tears. We highly recommend them!

Seriously loved my visit! It was my first trip to the dentist in a long time, I was very nervous and in a lot of pain. From the front desk to the doctors and eveeyone in between YOU ROCK! They got me in the same day, took the time to give me a new patient tour of the office, and literally made me feel so comfortable. Jennifer has cleaned my teeth 3 times now and I LOVE her. She has taken the time to get to know me as a person and not just a patient. She has always been very kind and so has the rest of the staff for that matter. Dr. Taylor has great chair side manners! I would/ will recommend his office to any military families that move here! I will definitely be sad to leave this practice whenever we get orders in 2015.

I am fairly new to Florida and had not found a new dentist yet. Of course this is the time I had a dental emergency, since I did not have a new dentist yet. I checked with my insurance provider for the availability of dentists in my area and then checked out a few of them online. Taylor Dental looked like a nice place and they were able to see me the following day.
From the moment I walked in the front door I felt so welcomed and I felt that these people really cared about their patients. I was shown around the practice and learned about their history. I liked that, it felt to feel welcomed. I felt secure going there. I am a big baby about going to the dentist and am always fearful when going to a new dentist. But I never felt that at all.
The problem I was experiencing was evaluated, different options were offered and I decided what route to take for now. I also set up an appointment for my first cleaning there next month. Incredibly they did not even charge me for the option I ended up taking, which was to try a repair that hopefully will hold.
Many dentists I have known in the past would probably not have gone with what I wanted to try (which involved a repair instead of something else that could have been very costly). I know some who would have told me that I could not repair as we did yesterday and would have urged me to spend a lot of money when possibly this fix could work. I really respect that. Dr. Taylor is an ethical man of great integrity and compassion.
I know I have found my dentist for life. I will certainly recommend to all of his friends.
