Dr. Spilman is one of the genuinely kindest people I’ve ever met. He truly cares about every aspect of you as a patient. Further, he is extremely knowledgeable; a true master at his craft.
I am a relatively new patient and I have a lot of dental issues and a medical/dental history that might have given some pause. Not Dr. Spilman. I do not think I’ve ever been so intently listened to when I came to see him for the initial consultation. His caring led me to begin.
On a personal note, I suffer from anxiety; particularly with dentists. If you do, I promise, this is the place to be.
Finally, the staff in Dr. Spilman’s office are amazing! The happiness they exude says a lot about Dr. Spilman’s character. Beyond that, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well cared for.

Dr Spilman is an dentist who doesn’t follow through with his word. Also told me as price then increased the price by 20% on same day. I found his work to be substandard because I kept having to go back to his office to get him to finish his work. Too many trips in because he wasn’t doing the job right the first time. SMH!
Also his staff especially at the front desk is not welcoming and very unhelpful ; this person doesn’t know how to deal with the public. When I asked the front desk girl for help she refused. She’s allowed to get away with being rude to patients and unhelpful. Evidently she’s one that’s only there for a paycheck no customer service involved.
I’ve been waiting for my prepaid night guard for 2 years with out any success of getting one . When I went in to pick it up they couldn’t find it. I can get one at a sports store or drugstore that you put in hot water for a better fit for way less than $180- according to my GP .
I have found a new dentist whom I’m very much looking forward to her helping me with my future dental care.
I do not recommend Dr Spilman .

The entire process was positive from scheduling through the first visit. Staff was polite and personable, very pleasant.
