After having several traditionally painful procedures performed at Dr. Spilman's office, I walked away with little to no pain and a feeling of genuine satisfaction. You see, I cannot deal with dental pain gracefully and Dr. Spilman and his incomparable staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. The professional atmosphere was accompanied with friendliness and hospitality. I was quite impressed with the overall operation of the office and all its employees. I strongly recommend Dr. Spilman to anyone in need of sensitive dental work. It was painless and since comfort is exquisitely important to me, they made the experience uniquely personal. I went today for a first appointment with Dr. Spilman and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The doctor is very nice and personable. I’m someone who likes to ask questions and he had a good disposition and took the time to explain me everything. I went in for a second opinion on an issue and I’m so glad I did. It turned out that I didn’t need a crown but just a filling so not only he saved my tooth but I saved a lot of money thanks to him and his honesty. He’s also a very good dentist. I’ve had painful experiences with anesthesia before but with him, I could barely feel it! I tend to get very nervous at the dentist but with him, I felt at ease and in good hands. I will definitely be back and highly recommend him!

I’ve only visited him a couple of times because I moved out of the area. Let me just say the staff is top notch. So professional and welcoming. Dr. Spilman has such an amazing personality and such passion for the dental industry and his patients. This is the perfect place for anyone who is easily made uncomfortable by a visit to the dentist., and really perfect for anyone. Hands down the best dental experience I have had- from the reception desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself!

I've been through my fair share of dentists even those who state they cater to cowards. Dr. Spilman is the best dentist my husband and I have been to in the St. Pete area. He is very knowledgeable and conservative in his treatment and is not after your wallet but your dental health. Dr. Spilman is very nice, so is his staff, my husband and I have not had any problems in the three years we've been seen at this practice. The hygienists we see here are also very friendly and do a great job, couldn't ask for a better dental experience.

Always appreciate how well my cleanings go. Didn't see Dr Spillman today though.
