Dr. Spilman was an answer to prayer and a breathe of fresh air! I moved to this area a few months ago and immedietly tried to find a dentist who could replace a chipped crown. I went to the ones my insurance referred me to but I didn't have a good experience with them. So I decided to pay out of pocket for a new crown and I was told about a dentil clinic when I was calling around. Unfortunately going to that clinic became a nightmare for me. They put in a new crown but from the day they put it in, it hurt and never felt comfortable. Not only that but 4 other teeth around that tooth also started hurting. I ended up going back to that place at least 7 times but they refused to address my pain and problems. Instead they kept referring me to specialists ( which cost me more money) I was so extremely frustrated and thought maybe I would have to leave Florida to find a decent dentist. So by God's grace I found Dr. Spilman. He is compassionate and really listens to your symptoms ( whicth the clinic never did and neither did 4 other dentists i visited) He took out my bad crown and put in a new temporary one and immedietely I am feeling so much better without that bad fitting crown. As long as I live here I will not go to any other dentist again.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!!
I'll do my best to be brief. In 2010, I was 18 hours away from flying to NYC to see some Broadway shows, when I munched on something in the late afternoon, creating a noticeable chip in a front tooth. Not attractive for sure, plus it had the potential to become worse, if ignored. I immediately called my periodontist, who recommended a couple of dentists possibly willing to assist me on an emergency basis. The first one was not supportive at all, so I called the second one...Dr. Jeffery Spilman. What a find. It was already after 4PM and without a moment of hesitation I was told to come to the office straight away. I exhaled. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dr. S, who made great eye contact, smiled warmly, saw my tooth and said, 'Get in the dental chair'. The repair was quick, beautifully done...and I filled out the 'new patient' paperwork AFTER the procedure. The experience was so positive and the staff great. Since that time Dr. Spilman has done some beautiful cosmetic dentistry for me and some very functional bridgework. Merci, Dr. Spilman.
Now...13 years later 2023 EXPERIENCE.
About 10 days ago I woke up in the middle of the night with 'something' rolling around in my mouth. It was a crown from one of my back teeth ( probably 35-40 years old)...glad I didn't swallow it. I called Dr. Spilman first thing in the morning. I was asked, by the very efficient staff, if I would be willing to see Dr. Clayton Spilman, Dr.J Spilman's son. Of course. I was there the next day. Dr.C is 'a chip of the old block' as some say...great eye contact, good listener and has excellent dental skills, just like his dad. The procedure with Dr.C Spilman was amazing and I'm healing perfectly. "The apple certainly doesn't fall far from the tree" in this dental practice. There are now TWO Dr. Spilman's to choose from...5+ stars and beyond! What are you waiting for? Pick up the phone and make an appointment. You'll be glad you did!
