BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!
I had a crown done at West Sunrise Dentistry and short after I move out of the area so I started going to another Dentist, the crown broke in half 3 years after, my dentist told me that I should go back so I did't have to pay again since crowns have warranty, they made up all kinds of excuses not to replace it, they else ask me for my Health Insurance information, I ask why they need it for? they told me that had to do with Covid19, I call my Insurance and ask if it was true, they told me NO!!

I will say that I have had my share of difficult moments at dentists since coming to the USA. I won't shame the other dentists however this one right here is golden. Dr. Golden (forgive the pun) Dayana and the staff are awesome. Dr Golden is the only doctor I trust to give me injections and I remain calm and not in a fit of hysterics. I had a root canal last year and I tell you no pain through the procedure and no after pain. If you are looking for a dentist go here. I remember when I had two crowns done and I was so anxious I was crying and sweating hysterically and 3 staff members assisted in comforting me, gave me a blanket, put music and tv on and I trusted Dr Golden all the way. The specialist dr who did my crown is the recorded best in Florida. If Dr Golden leaves I'm leaving too. If something needs adjusting they will do it at no cost and they call you next day to check in. Just grateful for the recommendation from my work colleague Laura. West side you rock all the way. Everyone's experience is different by I give it a 5*.

I have had the WORSE experience with Sunrise Dentistry. After receiving service for a regular cleaning, x-ray and deep cleaning I was sent a bill for over $1,000! I was told before coming into my appointment that they were IN-NETWORK with my provider and now I am being told they were NEVER in-network! I have spoken to several employees that given me false promises and lies that they have re-submitted the claim to my insurance to correct their careless mistake (which they never did) nor have I received any call backs, I am the one following-up every week to find out what is going on. I have been going back and forth with the West Sunrise Dentistry billing department (Kelly & Tiana) for over a month now! BEWARE OF WEST SUNRISE DENSITY they are brand new to the area and only care about making money over your dental health.
