I went to to West Sunrise Dentistry to get my wisdom tooth extracted and I must say the service was spectacular. Everything was done in timely fashion and the customer service was great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was having pain in a back tooth. It was getting worse. I saw that West Sunrise Dentistry takes emergencies. I called and got in to see a Dentist the next morning. Every person in that office is so professional. I saw a fantastic Dentist, Dr. Golden. His goal was to get rid of the crown first. The tooth was infected and was so painful. HE worked so hard giving multiple shots to numb the area. I was screaming with pain. He just couldn't get it to break. He had reached the maximum amount of novacain and I was still in agony. He recommended an oral surgeon and made an appointment quickly. I highly recommend this office. Professional and kind. State of the art. Did you know you can get a crown in one day? Wow! Best Dentist office I have found.

Great place! It was very quick and they made everything very simple. Dr.Joshua Golden was very knowledgeable, letting me know what kind of work I need to get done. My deep cleaning was quick and I must say less painful than cleanings in the past.

I highly recommended pulling your own teeth out before spending a penny with these scammers. I walked in and paid a bill in full BUT they have ran my card three months in a row since then. I’ve called them repeatedly and requested my card be removed since the bill is PAID and every month when I call to say they’ve charged it again the front desk chick laughs about it. I’ve asked for any manager either from West Sunrise or Heartland Billing Services to call me back and no one has, I can’t even get an email response back. No one is apologizing, no one is taking any kind of action to make sure this doesn’t happen again, no one cares that they are causing overdraft fees and transfer fees as I have to keep replacing money to pay my actual bills. It took 26 days to get February’s refund and 2 days later they run March’s payment! This has been the worst experience with a “business” I’ve ever had!

The music was "Golden" and everyone in there is polite. The dental assistant I had was the sweetest chocolate puff ever, she knows her job !.The receptionist was super patient in trying to help me with my not so good insurance (she had great hallowen nails by the way lol) , also clean place + great staff

I have never been more displeased with a dentist in my life these people actually have made my experience there very unpleasant. And now I keep receiving a bill for over due payment even threatening to send me to collections for something that I do not owe plus the greif I have been having in my jaw because she was very rough with me.

I will recommend West Sunrise to all my family and friends, Dr. Perez and the staff were very friendly and caring. I was worried about multiple appointments but they took care of me the same day. What I love most is that they work with you on payment plans!

Fellow millennials and single adults This place is not for you:
1. The doctor will insist his work is perfect, so should anything happen, you’ll be blamed.
2. The person in charge of finance is just plain rude, period. (Example: Them: “Hi, you were late on your payment this month.” Me: “Sorry about that, I can pay, but also, is there a way to pay online?(referring to the future)” them: “or you can pay right now.”
The hygienist is amazing, and everyone else in the office has a great attitude though!
