They truly care about you at this place! They make you feel very comfortable. The staff is great and I love my dentist he is the best!

Good work and bed side manner! Shout out to Dr. Suris and Dr. Schiller for the great work they do. When I told Dr Suris about my auto-immune disorder (GBS) she saw to it that I got the right numbing medication for my condition. That alone was huge, so that I won't have any ill side effects later. Also, to assistants Christa and Kiana, I appreciate you. There is another assistant, whose name escapes me; I appreciate you as well!

A+Dental office! Dr. Golden and his staff are a pleasure to work with. They are super flexible and I feel like I’m in charge of my treatment. They worked with my insurance to make sure I got the lowest out-of-pocket costs. Also, my hygienist was great! They have earned my business.

This place is AWESOME!!! I am someone who gets mild anxiety whenever I have to go to the dentist. I drove the entire way dreading my appointment. However, when I got there, I was immediately greeted by one of the nicest receptionist ever. Her smile was so warming and inviting. I felt a calm come over me. Well I am happy to report that the wasn't even the tip of the iceberg. The staff was very friendly, inviting and ready to assist with making me comfortable. Dr. Golden was so knowledgeable, patient, understanding, warm and down to earth. He wasn't just this way with me but I observed him being this way with every single person in the office (both patients and co-workers). I HIGHLY recommend this place. I really do. I am a patient for life. If I could give my experience more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back for my next visit.

There are not many words that can describe my experience at West Sunrise Dentistry except that it is a tight knit family, welcoming others into their home to help in any way they can during these uncertain times. Considering the immense anxiety I typically have during visits to the dentist, the entire team easily offset my worries and discomfort with their unwavering compassion, patience, care, and the high level of clinical skill. I went to get a root canal done on Friday. When I tell you the doctor who performed it was just exceptional. No pain whatsoever. All I heard was drilling and sounds but no pain. I did have a panic attack before the procedure and the assistants and staff were amazing. They talked to me, wiped my eyes my tears and spoke calmly to get me to calm down. I had 3 injections and I felt nothing. Then after that my personal dentist Dr. golden and Cartier (dental asistant) did their magic. Dr. Golden is stellar. Sees the issues and just knows what to fix. I also had a crown and Cartier sorted it all out. Every staff member cares. Yes I had to pay a bit of a sum amount but they work with you and they have payment plans. Everyone has their own experience and I am thankful for the service and care and level of excellence. If it is not right Dr. Golden will call, check in and make sure it is fixed. Dentist were a fear 😨 of mines but I can tell you that when you walk in to West Sunrise Dentistry the negative or stinking thinking you had or have is gone....The atmosphere is warm, the front desk staff displays fabulous Customer Service to the utmost. The office is clean and no worries social distancing and health and safety protocols are followed 💯💯💯
On Sunday I went in for an extraction and kudos to Dr Joseph Zeidan. It was painless and quick quick. I'm so happy and if I could have given more

I love this place. The staff is so nice and always very accommodating to your financial needs. I came in as an emergency patient with my wisdom teeth and I’m so glad that this place is now my home dentist! Definitely highly recommended if you’re looking for a friendly and family oriented dentist :)

*DISCLAIMER* The dentist gives me major anxiety! I blame the military. So I’m not just giving rave reviews for s*ts and giggles.

Now for the review:

Hands down the beat dentist that I have been to in my adult life. From setting up my appointment to today everything was very smooth. The appointment setters that I spoke to was very accommodating with my schedule of needing to come late afternoon/evening. Luckily Dr. Golden has two days that he stays late. Yay me!

When I arrived, check in was smooth. From checking in to signing the new patient forms to my behind in the seat for x-rays took all of maybe 20mins at the most. From there everything seemed to just flow. I knew it was going to be a good visit because of the music selection. I couldn’t concentrate because I was too busy jamming. Lol.

I loved that Dr. Golden sat me down and explained everything to me, gave me his recommendations and allowed me to pick my treatment plan. Versus another dentist (I won’t name any names but I reviewed him if you’re interested) who simply performed work that I honestly didn’t think I needed and told me after the fact. Everybody in the office can’t be having the same issue Otis (not his name, just a reference) every time I visit. *side eye*

Dr. Golden made sure that I was comfortable and wasn’t experiencing any discomfort or pain. It happened fairly quick and didn’t give my anxiety time to set in. Don’t judge me.

His staff was amazing as well. The young lady that took my x-rays and stayed with the doctor the whole time, eased my nerves as well. She just doesn’t know how much I needed those laughs.

It’s safe to say that Dr. Golden now has a new lifetime patient. I’ll definitely be back!
