They are the worst at communicating, would not recommend. Please stay away, they try to make you do something you don't want to do. It's a shame to see a dental office try to scam patients.

I have never liked going to the dentist for as long as I can remember. I came in for the first time with tooth pain, and enough anxiety to match. Dr. Golden and staff were very kind to me, and made sure to take the best care. I have since returned for subsequent cleanings and can say that the staff continues to be nothing short of amazing. West Sunrise is honestly the friendliest and most professional dental office I have been to. The staff is very kind and know how to approach someone who is nervous like I was on my first visit. They are excellent at communicating and give plenty of reminders when you have an upcoming appointment. Best dental office! Dr. Suris is very understanding and listened to every little concern I had. Wila yah the dental assistant was very patient with me, and Dayana the hygienist was awesome! My teeth now feel clean and sparkle

I have ALWAYS had a HIGH fear of the dentist. My Fiance (Kendal) convinced me to come to the office so I can get help with my teeth. I probably would have never gone if it wasn't for her and of course if she wasn't the assistant helping me through all of it. After my first visit, I have become more comfortable and more relaxed. Thank you Kendal for helping me through my dental fear. On the other hand, Dr. Golden is a GREAT dentist. Definitely different from other dentist I have gone to in the past (In a GOOD way). Very caring and willing to help me. Thank you doctor for helping me through my dental work. I also can't forget about the amazing hygienist Dayanna. My teeth have NEVER felt so clean and smooth. She is very gentle and is very knowledgeable. Last but not least, the FIRST people you see when you come into the office...the front desk ladies!! Thank you all for working me through the money aspect and helping me find a way to pay for my dental work without me becoming overwhelmed. I appreciate you all!!! Dental fear or not, this office will make you feel at home.
