I’ve been following Dr Golden’s Instagram forever now. I recently moved to the area and called to schedule my first appt. Friendly staff, clean office, awesome music selection, and I was laughing the entire time I was here. Even as an adult going to the dentist can’t be scary but they definitely set the mood right. 10/10 would recommend again and again.

The worst dentist office ever i visit the office early September the office was suppose to submit a pre authorization with my insurance after my visit i follow up with them after three weeks and nothing I called the insurance and the dentist office never called my insurance when i confronted them they told they called them today (end of September)... i get it insurance takes a while to approve things.. i get a call on October to come back that the insurance approve my cleaning i was 15 mins late and told me not to come since they were book I was activated for the hurricane (im military).... i do another appointment on monday Nov 13 at 1pm and show up and they got me waiting for an hour!! and tell me the approval for the cleaning is still pending ... the new manager Ezequiel told he will follow up with me personally by Wednesday nov 15 ... is nov 19 and no response this staff is unprofessional and dont care about your very little time off you have i will no recommend anyone to come here

*UPDATE* I'M CHANGING MY RATING TO 2 STARS! I GAVE 2 STARS BECAUSE DAYANNA IS NOT THE CULPRIT! BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INVOICE & CROSS REFERENCE WITH YOUR INSURANCE FOR WHAT IS COVERED! I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 SERVICES THAT'S COVERED! I BOUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION & I WAS TOLD THE OFFICE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME ...I'M YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE, IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS!

It was a pleasure meeting Dayanna at my first visit on yesterday! Dayanna rocks! She made me feel so comfortable through out my deep cleaning procedure 😍 because my anxiety was getting the best of me...most of all NO PAIN, NOR DISCOMFORT during my deep cleaning! I came all the way from Brickell for this awesome experience! So, Thank You Dayanna for a great experience!

Today I got a root canal by dr.Schiller and to say my experience was excellent is just an understatement my experience was fantasy. I showed up to the dental office with a little discomfort previously I had discomfort on this tooth and I was told I needed an extraction.Which I didn’t want to do so I went in for a second opinion and was told that a root canal can save the tooth. So I got the root canal on the same day only took dr.Schiller 30 minutes which I was surprised thought it would have took a hour or two hours.But, the process was so fast I was in and out the dental office within 45 minutes.All I have to say is dr.Schiller your the BEST! Also how can I forget the assistants kiana and april played a major role in my experience they were so kind and knowledgeable.Thank you guys for saving my tooth really appreciate it .

I had an amazing experience today at West Sunrise Dentistry. I went in for my implant surgery and I was completely nervous due to watching videos of the process. Dr. Roig and his team (Jose & Robin) put me at ease. The entire process took about 20 minutes. More importantly, I was made completely comfortable and felt absolutely no pain!
