Everyone at Winter Park Family Dentistry makes the trip there a pleasure. Starting with the front desk.... Blanche always has a pleasant smile and demeanor. Mary Ann my, hygienist does an excellent job and is very personable. Dr. Matar is careful to give you excellent advice without being pushy.

Great Service!! Friendly caring staff! I had a dental emergency that happened over a weekend and the dentists kept in touch texting me. They were able to fit me in on the Monday. All staff provided support, compassion and reassurance which was much appreciated.

I visited Dr. Matar's Office today. I started with the cleaning with Mary Ann, who is was very gentle and thorough. She also gave me great advice and techniques about cleaning that do a better job. Dr. Matar works really hard and always gives suggestions that will work better for a long term solution. Liz, his assistant also works very hard at his side. The front desk staff are very nice and always helpful.

I am really impressed with the level of attention that family dentistry has given me and my family. They always exceed my expectation. The office is very clean .The staff is very friendly and Professional. They always find me an appointment that works with my schedule and, luckily I see the dr right on the time I was given with very little to no wait time. Dr Matar is friendly and professional. He takes the time to explain the Procedure in a very simple way. His work is amazing .i can't tell which tooth he did the filing on and, they always call afterward to make sure that i am OK. Yesterday, Dr. Matar repaired my badly chipped front tooth. It was damaged in a recent accident. There’s something about a tooth chip that really stands out. People immediately see it when you open your mouth. They could not help but stare.
Dr. Matar asked me to send some quick selfies showing the chipped tooth. He got right back to me with an estimate to repair it. I was surprised how inexpensive it is. Then Dr. Matar set a convenient time for me to come in. When I arrived he examined my teeth and gave me three different cosmetic repair options. I chose a cosmetic bonding repair. It took less than 10 minutes to get my smile back. It was painless and is a perfect match! The staff is kind and professional. They have light to confirm the color match and another blue light to harden the cosmetic repair. Dr. Matar is an artist! I left with renewed confidence. Five SMILES for Dr. Matar and his staff! Thank you for a job well done!

The staff is very friendly and nice, the Drs. listen to what you want and try to recommend things that are in line with your desires, and this is easily the first dentist I've ever been to that didn't scold or lecture me about anything. Dr. Matar was recommended to me by my daughter. She had severe pain and made contact with him. He met her on a Saturday morning and took care of the problem. I've have never heard of the excellent service on a Saturday the he gave her that morning. I was so intrigued, I decided to give Dr. Matar a try also. My teeth cleaning was such a great experience. The Hygienist was so much fun to talk to and Dr. Matar walked me through getting my crown replaced and exactly how long it would take from making the temporary to getting the permanent one installed. I would recommend Winter Park Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone.
