Dr. Matar is the best dentist ever. I don't believe you can ever get a better dental care experience anywhere else. He is truly caring and very professional. He offers honest opinions and solutions. The hygienist is so nice and effective.

Really frustrated with my experience here today. I've been coming here for a while and loved the staff, but this visit will unfortunately be my last.

I had a 7AM appointment scheduled a month prior and received a call two days before my appointment asking if I could do 8 AM instead. Due to my work schedule 7 AM was the only option for me, but I offered to reschedule to another day if they could not accommodate. I was told not to worry that they could still do 7 AM but 8 AM was better (odd). The next day (the day before my appointment) I receive another call, asking again if 8 AM would work, and they even said, "we know we asked yesterday". Once again, I said no, unfortunately I must do 7 AM. This is a big reason why I loved their office was because they offer an early appointment time. Again- I offered if they couldn't swing it that I could reschedule to another day. I asked when the next available 7 AM appointment was...a month from now. Why am I having to wait an additional month when they are the one's who can't keep the appointment? I was told she would see what she could do, and would give me a call back that day... I never received a call.

The next morning I show up to my appointment, hopeful that it was still on their records since nothing was confirmed. My hygienist was fabulous, as they always are. But by the time I was finished, it was 7:40 and the Dr. had not arrived yet. I was told he usually arrives at 7:45, so I waited. At 7:45 he still wasn't there, my hygienist offered that I could leave since I had no issues with my teeth. While I understand the logic, I pay for dental insurance so that I can have my teeth examined by a licensed dentist who is trained to spot potential issues. I told her that I would wait and I did until 8 AM. By 8 AM he still had not arrived. The hygienist was antsy and I could tell felt badly about the situation, which was not her fault. But I ended up having to leave and never had my teeth checked by the dentist?

To me that is incredibly irresponsible and negligent. Should there have been an issue, now I will not know until my next appointment 6 months from now. Doesn't seem like preventative or proactive care in my opinion. I'm very disappointed to have wasted my time on an appointment without even seeing the person I came to see, on a visit that obviously needed to be rescheduled. On top of now having used my preventative care dental visit through insurance, without having been screened. This is unheard of me to me. Now I am not only late to work, but will likely be seeking out a new dentist that can actually maintain their scheduled commitments.

I highly recommend Dr Matar, and his team! My whole family goes there and I have referred friends and coworkers. I have had emergency dental work that was immediately taken care of-same day a couple of times and always receive a follow up inquiry. The best dental care in Central Florida for sure!

There really are not enough words to describe how wonderful this dental practice is. From the friendliness of the staff when you call or check-in to the amazing professionalism and knowledge of the hygienists and assistants to the most wonderful and compassionate dentist in the world - Dr. Matar. I recommend this practice to anyone of any age, you will not be sorry.

My first meeting with Dr. Matar was for an emergency on a weekend. My husband and I found him so knowledgeable with all his extra schooling that we continued using him for over 5 years until we moved and the commute was too long. He is a miracle crown maker as he has the ability to make a crown right in his office. Even though we are not able to use Dr.Matar on a regular basis, I have sought his opinion as we value it. I have no hesitation in recommending him as he is an excellent dentist ,

This facility is spacious and very clean. I immediately felt a sense of welcome. All of the receptionist and dental staff were friendly and professional. My first cleaning at this dentist was the best that I ever had. My teeth really felt clean and supper smooth. My first dental check was through and very informative. My tooth extraction was painless and the healing process is going very well.

Marianne has been cleaning my teeth and watching over my dental health for 19 years! I love her! Dr Matar has the softest hands of any dentist I’ve ever been to! Great dentist! Thank you for all the years of good dentistry!❤️

I hate to do this but this place is awesome. I normally do not write reviews but I would have to say that the staff is beyond friendly and flexible. Plus, the Dr. is really good at keeping me calm during the procedures. He respects the patients and they are always communicating effectively. In addition, they do a good job with my teeth and provide great service.

Awesome place. Very nice encounter with the staff. I feel very comfortable - look forward to having my dental care provided by Dr. Matar.

I’ve been going here for years now. They are absolutely fabulous. I went to Dr. Matar following a traumatic and awful experience at another dentist. He laid out a plan for me on what my options were and was so gracious! He answered all my questions and gave me confidence in dentistry again! It’s hard to regain trust after a bad dental experience but I’m so thankful for this office!

The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. They are always welcoming and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about them!
