Feather Touch Dental Care

Always friendly staff (all of them from reception, hygienist to the dentists) and are very patient with me. I’m certainly not the only person with anxiety at the dentist, but everyone does there best to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Feather Touch to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Brittany did her usual AMAZING job of cleaning my teeth. She is so friendly and good at her job that I’ll never go anywhere else. Dr. Shah is always warm and welcoming and is a wonderful dentist.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Shah and this dental office staff! I used to work at a dental office and I am picky about my dentist's. I was referred by a friend and so glad I was!!!! I was in severe pain all weekend with a fractured tooth. The office fit me in for an emergency appointment same day. Dr. Shah diagnosed the tooth fracture with a cat scan of my mouth. We were able to make a very knowledgeable decision on my treatment and plan of action. He explained everything and gave me the proper medications to treat my infection and pain. I am changing over from my old dentist to this office for my complete dental care! I am so happy I was referred here and looking forward to the completion of my dental treatment!

I visited today for the first time and I am *still* on a high from how amazing my appointment went. I have never had a dental experience like this! My hygienist, Zoë, was extremely personable, informative, and genuinely concerned about my dental health and comfort overall. I also greatly appreciated concluding my visit by meeting Dr. Kim, and having him actively involved in my dental care plan. I even received flowers after my check-out experience and a new patient gift bag. Talk about spoiled! I truly couldn’t speak more highly of the Feather Touch Dental Care staff, just make an appointment & see for yourself!

Hands down the best dentistry in Atlanta. Pain free, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and very very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Shah is world class and the technicians and staff (especially Zoe) are great. The place has terrific culture.

I called for an emergency visit and they got me right in. They were very thorough and were able to figure out what was wrong and took their time to explain everything and make sure I didn't have any questions. They showed me on the x-rays and pictures where I had decay so I knew they were honest. I have their cell phone numbers so I can call them if I have any more questions or problems. They made me very comfortable and they were worth the 1 hour drive it took me to get there. I won't go anywhere else!

Listen I woke up this morning with pain and swelling to my jaw. I called my original dentist and they were closed, however they referred me to Feather Touch Dental Care . I call and spoke with Miss Sherqoundra. I informed her of my issue and told her I had an appointment scheduled with a different dentist Jan 3rd. She asked me my name. When I told her my middle initial was F for Fitzgerald. Sherqoundra told me that was her last name. I knew then I was in good hands! Without hesitation she asked me how fast could I get there. She put me on the schedule for today! Sherqoundra said I wasn’t going to spend my Christmas holiday in pain. I was so thankful! I immediately left work and went to the office. The office was very clean and I love how they checked everyone’s temperature and even checked our sense of smell. I was overly impressed with their professionalism! The wait time wasn’t long either. My hygienist Lisa Bowman was very nice and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous, Lisa reassured me that I was in good hands. Finally I met Dr.David Kim! Very personable. He talked me thru the process of what needed to be done. He listened with understanding. I felt as if I was talking to a friend. I was giving a prescription for the pain and swelling. The icing on the cake was when he gave me his business card and said “ this is my cellphone number, I know it’s the holiday season and the office is closed. You can reach me. If you need me! That was the deciding factor for me. I will no longer be going to my original dentist. I will be going back to Feather Touch Dental! I was so impressed I called my friend Mark when I got back in my car telling him about my experience. I was in need on an emergency dental appointment, and Feather Touch was my saving grace. The online booking system is comprehensive and easy to use. When I arrived, I was greeted by a loving staff who greeted me by name and ensured my comfort. Considering I was experiencing discomfort, the compassion demonstrated by this team meant a lot to me. Within 15 minutes of my appointment time, I was able to see Dr. Shah. In addition to being kind, he provided me with honest feedback and recommendations for next steps. I am grateful for the experience I had at Feather Touch.

The office is beautiful and everyone was friendly. I especially enjoyed the massaging chair. Dr. Shah was very professional and kind during my dental exam. Brittney was amazing. She was very gentle and thorough with my hygiene visit. Carlissa was fabulous during checkout. Overall this was a wonderful dental experience .

Feather touch is like the Cheers of DDS’s. Everyone knows your name and they are always glad you came. Very nice staff that cares for patients. Highly recommend!
