Feather Touch Dental Care

I had a layover in Atlanta and was experiencing crazy tooth pain on a weekend trip. I randomly googled Feather Touch and they fit me in! Turns out my wisdom teeth decided to come in, really impacting my gums. Dr. Kim was SO kind and professional. He did a treatment to ease the pain until I could return home to Austin. His staff was all incredibly kind and professional. I told him he should open a location in Austin! 5 Stars!

I went to the same dentist over 20 years until I was introduced to Feather Touch Dental. The facility is excellent (massaging chairs!!!) and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond with customer service. They are extremely organized and prompt with responses. Customer service is the best I have seen around. As for the dental treatment...it's excellent. They spend a lot of time on each patient and do the best job. I don't think I have ever had cleaner teeth! Love this place and have referred many people already.

My first time going to feather touch dental was a few weeks ago, and I am still telling friends about the amazing experience I had. The team was very friendly and helpful. They also did an amazing job on my cleaning. My hygienist Brittany was very friendly and personable. This place has given me the best dental care I have ever had.

I had a crown and two old fillings replaced. Dr. Shah performed the work. He was professional, friendly and caring, always checking on my comfort. His assistant and staff did same. I am very pleased with the work. It feels and looks great. They also live up to their name—Feather Touch.

My visit was great as always! Everyone on the staff makes you feel like family, including Dr. Shah who also makes you feel at ease and is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Only FeatherTouch can make you look forward to going to the dentist!

There does not exist a better dental office than Feather Touch Dental Care. Not only the doctors/dentist are the absolute best, so is the entire staff. From front office to hygienists - they are the most caring and professional medical team I've ever experienced. Brittany is mine, all mine!!! - the best hygienist in the whole wide world!

I absolutely love this dental office. They treat you like family. All the staff is very professional from the time you walk into the office. I have always felt like a valued patient when going to this office. I am happy that I was able to find them because I am very particular about who I let work on my teeth.

This was by far the absolute best dental office I have ever gone to!! Everyone in that office was so helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me considering I was late they even fit me in when a lot of places would have rescheduled the entire appointment. Dr. Neal Shah is the dentist I saw personally, he was personable and made me feel comfortable without being nervous. I definitely would recommend this dental office to anyone! Thank you guys for being such an amazing staff and crew you all are phenomenal!!! 😊

I usually get so nervous to go to the dentist. So much so that I hadn’t been in years. Today was my second visit with Feather Touch and the customer care here is incredible. Everyone is friendly. They all greet you and hold conversation etc. I’m never uncomfortable during my visits or experience any pain. It’s wonderful!

Feather Touch Dental Care continues to provide service at a higher level. Their employees are capable, professional, and personable. I have been a patient there for @ 20 years and would not dream of being treated by another practice. Keep up the good work Feather Touch!
