Feather touch Dental is GREAT!!! The staff is so friendly and very professional. They express genuine concern and want to give you a healthy smile. They provide great service to service members from all of the armed forces. They also give back to service members offering an occasional implants service to veterans at no charge. That is a great way to thank service members for their service!!! Feather Touch Dental Care is AWESOME!! I highly recommend this dental office if you want outstanding care!!!!

Dr. Shah and Dr. Kim are warm, welcoming and attentive. The practice is well set up - very clean, spacious and bright. The technology and equipment is state-of-the-art and innovative.

I have been searching for a good dentist office for a while now and feel like I have finally found one in Feather Touch Dental Care.
1. Customer service: Sherquondra and Keyandra tag team you on the front end with great phone etiquette, knowledgeable insurance assistance, and welcoming spirits. Then Dr. Kim serves up a client-education-centered bedside manner that is patient and respectful.
2. Lora, my dental hygienist, was wonderful. She has a rare combination of friendliness, efficiency, and competence.
3. The office was very clean, organized, and state of the art.
I have a new dentist office! Thank you!

Feather Touch Dental offers top notch dental care. I will continue to trust the professional staff with my dental care needs. Lora is the best! She always is so friendly and patient. Dr. Kim and Dr. Shah are so wonderful and attentive. They always make time to say hi even if I am not getting work done with them during my visit. I am definitely a happy client!

I truly look forward to going to my dentist. The whole staff from the front desk to the technician and especially my dentist Dr Shah are so professional & exceedingly excellent at theirs job....I've been their client for over 30 years and have no plans to change. Want to make clear that the service was excellent. They know what they're doing. are efficient, patient and have excellent customer service. That's not where my 3 stars are coming from. But upon initially contacting them I asked if they took my insurance. They took down the information to do benefit verification and at no point did they tell me they were out-of-network. I asked directly if they were an Advantage plan. This also didn't come up when I asked about estimated cost of some services. Ultimately it is up to me to make sure that they're in-network with my dental insurance but you cannot check on their website and they did not inform me when I specifically asked. So now I have bill for $500 that I did not expect. There is a difference between them "taking your insurance" and being contracted with them. Will not return and will not be making that mistake again.

Feather touch dental always makes me feel welcomed and we’re very accommodating when I had an issue with my wisdom teeth! I’ve recommended them to all my friends :)

If you need to get a check-up, cleaning or even get a cavity filled... this is the place. Dr. Neal Shah is a super nice guy who genuinely cares about your quality of experience. I am notoriously terrified of getting fillings, but Dr. Shah's technique and experience made the entire procedure a breeze. They truly have a ~feather touch.~

First time to Feather Touch Dental and it was a great experience! Very organized. Super attentive staff! Very thorough and ultra friendly! They use great imaging equipment to take away any guesswork on the hard to reach places. Definitely happy that I’ve found a new Dentist!
