They make the whole process truly painless and explain the entire process every step of the way! The whole team is thoughtful, kind, patient and very considerate from start to finish. Every time i come here I have a wonderful experience. Dr. Shah and Dr. Ross are bother wonderful. The entire staff always has the patient's best interest in mind.
The office is beautiful and comfortable makes the often unpleasant experience of going to the dentist more enjoyable.
I love the little attention to detail that they all have such as following up later in the afternoon or the next morning after a procedure to the flowers after a visit. Thank you for improving my dental health.

Excellent from beginning to end. The front office staff is always friendly, my hygienist was amazing, and love Dr. Ross and Dr. Kim. There's a reason why their reviews are high. They take the time and effort to make sure every detail is perfect. Their office is impeccably clean. They were on time for all my appointments. They don't sell you to get more dental work done -only what is necessary. The hygienists cleaned my teeth so thoroughly. Took me so long to find a dentist I love but so thankful I found them!

When I arrived they always asked if I want any water as I wait. I did grab a bottle. Within 5 minutes, I was in my Dentist chair. I had a regular cleaning. The staff was not in a hurry, as one may expect in other Dentist Office, as they spent time explaining some of the other things I may want to watch for. I have been coming here for 20+ years. They validated my parking which is very helpful. Also, the bathroom was very clean. On my way out, they asked if I wanted to take flowers to my wife as another way to say Thank You. They buy Flowers for their office daily and very often they would ask their customers if they would like to take Flowers to their love ones. Highly recommend this Dentist Office to everyone.

This is a update to my last review. Dr. Ross is now retired from the practice and I miss him very much, however Dr. Kim has replaced him and l am very pleased with his work, manner, knowledge of dentistry most important his patience with taking the time to explain the work he’s going to do. I highly recommend Feather Touch Dental Care.

Great doctors and staff. Clear and consistent pricing. The Waiting room is nice and is usually playing HGTV, my favorite. The office staff are phenomenally friendly and do an excellent job of keeping up with appointments and reminders (something that I need a lot). I got great personal care from my doctor, hygienist and technicians. They explained the procedures to me in clear terms and made me feel at ease. I have not seen a better dental care center in the country.
