The staff was super friendly and when I called about my tight schedule, Sherquondra was able to fit me in the same day for an appointment. I saw Dr. Kim who was assisted by Cindy and they both made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. Dr. Kim was so kind and thoughtful. He showed me exactly what was being done in my exam through the use of images and spent plenty of time in the room. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, unlike other dentist offices where I’ve felt my exam was rushed.

Beautiful Clinic, great staff.. Everyone was so kind and accomodating.. starting at the scheduling staff, Quan was very nice and helpful. I had the pleasure of having my teeth done by Dr Shah who was extremely attentive and focused.. Explained my options well and was so kind to accomodate me into his busy schedule on short notice because of my circumstances.. Best dentist I’ve been to in my life !
Cindy, his assistant was great and nice, experienced and makes you feel well cared for.. Overall great experience, I would give 10 stars for this clinic if I could! Definitely coming back!

This was my first time as a patient and everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so nice and accommodating. Dentist office really scare me but everyone tried to made my visit less stressful. The icing on the cake was they give you flowers when you leave (have to want the flowers first) I will be making Feather Touch Dental Care my new dentist home since I'm also new to Georgia! The Dental Practice to go to in Atlanta...hands down! Zoe saw me for a cleaning earlier today and she was amazing, kind, exceptionally knowledgable and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Absolutely love this place! As soon as you walk in you are welcome. The customer service never changes.YOU WILL BE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE LEVEL OF COMPLETION AFTER EACH VISIT. It's very neat and I've never been in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes.They make you feel so comfortable and I felt like I had a say so in my dental care. Dr. Kim is the best!! He is very gentle when he works with your teeth, precise and prompt! Until I started coming to Feather Touch Dental, appointments used to be so embarrassing and full of anxiety. I have felt nothing but pure compassion from everyone here. You get some cool stuff when you leave (flowers, lip balm, nice pens). Carlissa was the reason that I WANTED to save money to get my teeth fixed. She made me feel like I deserved to smile! Thank you guys so much!! <3
