This was an emergency visit (for me my cap fell out which has never happened and of course I was š³ šÆ shocked) and they scheduled me within 48 (it happened on a Saturday). I was in their office at 8:40 am Monday. My dentist is in Ballantyne, NC. Dr. Kim was patient, kind and down to earth. Very friendly professional staff. I guess itās time to stop traveling 4 hours to see my dentist because now I have a new oneš.
UPDATE: I have been attending Feather Touch for over a year now and I am very happy. I recently got braces my teeth look amazing.

Dr. Shah and the staff at Feather Touch Dental Care have been very kind and helpful. The staff fit me in today to have my temporary veneers replaced. Great dental office! Dr. Kim and the entire staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. While no dental office can guarantee a totally pain fee experience while youāre awake, they certainly can help make it the best possible experience based on your needs. They use state-of-the-art equipment and products. I have quite a bit of work to be done and Iām pleased to find a dental office I want to make permanent. They also offered me flowers after my crown. š šø

I am 'based on your reviews' will i invest in your service type of women. I honestly didnt believe how great the reviews were until I personally experienced the staff and office for myself. AMAZING AMAZING from the first initial call/appt made with from Front office staff Sherquondra ( so sweet and funny) to dental assists down to earth richard and lovely lisa. Icing on the cake Dr. KIM hands down the best/cool guy! When he comes in, he makes sure i dont leave with a question. I dont feel rushed or simply like a customer! and if I come across a concern his personal contact is giving to assure hes there every step of the way. I am on wk 8 of the Invisalign process MAJOR difference already. Trusting the process bc of the team I have!

Feather Touch was the first dentist I visited in years, and they made the process as smooth and painless as possible. They have Bluetooth headphones to listen to while you get your procedures done, which was a big plus. Overall, the environment was clean, wait times were minimal, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything better.
I got Dr. Kim and he did an excellent job. He remembered me and what we got done, even though it had been several months between visits. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised! Dr. Kim was attentive to my needs. I didnāt feel rushed, in fact I felt heard! The hygienist was so kind and in tune with the doctor. It was a nice experience.
What I didnāt feel was pain...sorry, bad joke, but I didnāt feel a thing. They fit me in on a rush emergency appointment. The staff that greets you were all kind and professional, and I was late...sorry, I got lost. Itās been a wonderful experience from the first phone call. I appreciate my parking ticket being validated too, as we all know dentists bills arenāt the kindest on wallets, but they will work with you on that. They care and that makes me feel good.
The office is clean and well managed. They really take care in caring for everyone that walks in. I felt like I was in good hands. Itās the beginning of a nice relationship.
