So lucky to have found my new dentist! It can be hard when you move to a new city and have to find one on your own. They were so lovely and accommodating and I left my appointment with clean teeth and a plan to make them even better moving forward! Really appreciate the service and communication they provided through the week leading up to appointment. Thank you all!

The facility is amazing and the view out the window overlooks Atlanta and is stunning. The staff is amazing (special shoutout to my hygienist, Jill!) and friendly and made me feel very welcomed and cared for.

My only concern are the prices, even with my insurance, it seems higher than I was expecting. It could be that my insurance isn't great (MetDental) or that my teeth are super jacked up (not that bad, I hope, lol)! Just naming that I got sticker shock.

All in all, I am very please with the care and services and happy I choose them. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was very fortunate to have Carol as my hygienist, Carol did an exceptional job cleaning and taking great care of me. The DDS doctor made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail my future procedures. The receptionist was very welcoming and very helpful, overall just a great visit.

They are the friendliest and most professional dental group I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this practice. I am so happy to have found them. I broke a veneer and called them, they repaired it PAINLESSLY the very next day and I am a new patient! Love this dental office!

The office is very efficient and has a hygienist who gets your history takes pictures cleans and has a written plan for the DDS which they discuss prior to meeting the patient. Office is beautiful with most current equipment. The staff was very professional and efficient. I was on guard for unnecessary procedures or high prices but everything seemed to fall in line with my previous dentist. Highly recommend

I was referred to this practice by two of my employees who both had great experiences. I came in for a cleaning and was given my treatment plan. I told the Dr. Jafari that I was concerned of feeling pain because I had a bad experience with a previous dental procedure. The pain I felt was a once in a lifetime pain that I would not have liked to repeat. I was assured that I would be given medicine that would help with my anxiety. I was scheduled to have 2 root canals, post and build ups and 1 tooth extraction. I was told to anticipate being at the office for 4 hours. Because of my concerns with the dental procedure I was prescribed an anti anxiety pill to prepare me for the procedure. I took 1 pill before bed and 1 an hour before the procedure. The pills did not ease my anxiety at all. I voiced the concerns to Dr. Jafari who stated she would give me laughing gas. The next 6 hours were the worst dental hours I have ever spent in my life. Not only did all my scheduled procedures not get completed, but I was in pain most of the procedure. I voiced my pain and was given at least 10-15 shots. I cried from the pain. I had to take a break to be given 2 Ibuprofen and 1 Tylenol because my tooth was throbbing. I am still confused as to why after voicing my major concern with pain did the injections not work. The Dr and staff tried hard to comfort me since I was very upset due to the pain. I was given the option to continue with the procedures, but I asked could she guarantee me no pain and she said no so I decided to not continue. She brought in Dr. Meyers to discuss sedation for my next visit. It concerns me that that’s the only option I have to endure any further dental treatment. The only time I’ve had to have sedation with a dental procedure was when I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. Seems pretty drastic for root canals and basic extractions. Is it because they can’t guarantee any further pain. How can I trust coming back to the practice and not experiencing any pain? Not once was there an explanation as to why I was experiencing the pain or why they could not make me comfortable. After the treatment, I had to discuss money to make another appointment. Really not the right timing. I was ready to go home. It had now been 6 hours. After taking an elevator, walking a walkway and driving out of the parking garage, I realized I left my discharge papers. I immediately called the office at 145p to ask if they could be emailed to me. After confirming my email she said she would email them to me. After an hour of not receiving an email, I called back and the answering service took my message because the office was now closed. Monday morning at 8a I got a return phone call back and still no email with discharge papers. So needless to say I went the whole weekend without directions on how to mange my root canal. I did get an email for feedback so here it is. I read some of the other reviews that have not had a great experience and I agree I think my temporary crown is much smaller than my other teeth. I hope this does not prove true when I get my permanent one in December. How can I trust that any further treatment will be pain free?

I absolutely love Heart of Vinings Dentistry. Their entire staff from the front office, payment specialists, hygienists and of course their dentists are really the best. They make sure the experience is top notch from start to finish. The environment is so inviting, relaxing and professional that it puts you at ease throughout your experience. They always have the latest technology seem very knowledgeable. I really like Dr. Jafari. She always takes the time to discuss conditions with me and always seems to remember past issues and concerns. I highly recommend this practice!

As usual a great experience. Friendly staff and great environment. This is my first appointment since Covid and they have implemented many safety checks and a new app to not only to reduced touching various common share items but the app actually makes things much more efficient. Kudos to the team for making their customers feel safe while still performing excellent dentistry.

HOV dentistry has once again provided me with quality care in a timely fashion. I came in for an evaluation and it looked like I wasn't going to be able to get it fixed, but Dr. Patel and his team worked through lunch to get it done so that I wouldn't have to come back at a separate time AND they were super nice about it. I recommend HOV to anyone and everyone!
