Complete scam shop. They get you to come in based on a $79 new patient special. They take X-rays, tell me I have no cavity's and my teeth look good--but my gums would require a deeper cleaning than the basic.
Then the scummy office manager comes in and tries to bully me into paying $1,700 for a "deep" cleaning. Yes-SEVENTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS.
When I tell him no, he comes back with the hygienist to try again to get me to pay.
They refuse to touch my teeth or clean them in any way after I tirelessly refuse their $1,700. I politely ask for the basic cleaning and they tell me it's not allowed.
They get you in the door with a $79 offer--only to refuse you service and try to bully you into paying more.
STAY AWAY. Go anywhere else.

My first visit was an emergency from my own neglect. . It had been years since I'd seen a dentist.
I had the pleasure of having Dr. Harvey tend to me. He was very pleasant and got the job done. He called me as he said to check on me.
I have now come to love my hygienist who is very gentle but thorough.

Dentist, Dr. Chung, was very thorough and knowledgeable. However, the wait time was unacceptable. Only one dentist on duty, who was servicing 3 patients simultaneously. Dentist was leaving me to go do a dental exam on another patient. Then coming back to me to finish my work. I was in the office for 4 hours today. This seems to be a problem of over-booking patients for only one dentist. This practice is too stressful for the dentist and the patient.

I've been attending Georgia Dental Center for years now. Dr. Price has retired now I found out. Also the hygienist I used to see. The new Dr. Alex Harvey & new hygienist were very thorough in explaining the treatment I needed to have done. Didn't know what to expect with new people but I am very pleased. I will be back to begin my treatment!

Dr. Harvey left this practice and it has been a total nightmare since. The hygienist chipped the inside of my front tooth during a cleaning. I visited three times for it to be filled in less than a year. The front desk employees and office manager, Sherry, are incredibly rude. They continually sent me bills for services I already paid, then told me to just ignore them when I inquired. Completely traumatizing experience. I had sent my boyfriend to Dr. Harvey as well. They also sent him bills for services already paid, multiple times. Neither of us will be returning. And we will make sure to share our experiences with others.
